Jeff Scott Soto's Journey tribute led to him touring with them in 2006 and 2007 after Steve Augeri had to leave the band because of an acute throat infection. Jeff is best known for being the lead singer for the group Talisman from 1990 till the end of Talisman in 2007, the vocalist on Yngwie Malmsteen's first two albums, touring with Trans-Siberian Orchestra as well as an extensive catalog with European guitarist Axel Rudi Pell. He also fronted the bands Humanimal, Eyes, Takara, Human Clay, Kryst The Conqueror, Redlist, The Boogie Knights and Soul Sirkus. He has released numerous solo albums as well as singing for the fictional band Steel Dragon, which featured Zakk Wylde, Jeff Pilson and Jason Bonham for the soundtrack of the movie Rock Star and the soundtrack for the animated Biker Mice from Mars.

... and Sugar Mountain, despite it's popularity, is perhaps the worst lyrics in rock history, lol. Neil recorded this Demo in 1965 at Electra's studios at the invitation of Stephen Stills who was recording there with Buffalo Springfield. After 48 years the song still haunts him. I'll never forget hearing him sing "Now you're underneath the stairs and your giving back some glares, to the people that you met and it's your first cigarette." He admitted it was the worst lyrics he ever penned. At least he has a sense of humor as I'll demonstrate when I post "Don't Let It Bring You Down". Stay tuned.
