U.S. general: Let's make Obama resign

A retired Army general is calling for the “forced resignations” of President Obama, other administration officials and the leadership of Congress for the direction they’re taking the nation, his list of grievances including the systematic political purge of hundreds of senior military officers in the U.S. military.

Retired Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely told WND he is calling for nationwide rallies and protests to demand the resignations and added that a peaceful “civil uprising is still not out of question.”

In his capacity as chairman of the organization Stand Up America, Vallely issued what he termed a “National Call to Action” to force the resignations of Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.

Vallely, formerly the deputy commanding general of Pacific Command, said the current crop of leaders must be forced to resign by the “demand resignation” process, which he explained requires massive grass-roots protests and social networking. As an example, he cited the public and media pressure that led to the resignation of President Richard Nixon....

But I would settle for giving him a double wide trailer and exiling him and his sorry cohorts to one of the Aleutian Islands. As long as they behave themselves, we'd make regular airdrops of food and fuel. Weather permitting, of course.

Great candidates like Cruz & Rand Paul win nominations in spite of GOPe opposition. And then they prevail in General.

Our problem is lousy candidates who get tripped up, chopped up, sliced and diced. Sharon Angle, O’Donnell, Mourdock, Akin..all examples of what I am saying.

If we start picking candidates based on skill to win instead of purity alone, GOP will rise again. Otherwise we are indeed toast.

This may be possible after the savings and checking bank deposits are confiscated.
I hope those calling for drastic action realize that they should use Moscow rules.
There has been no visible demonstration of the willingness of people to come out to protest. And what protests occurred were covered up or minimized by the unfree press.
And the unfree press could be our best focus point. Of course, by common interest, protests against the unfree press are not covered by their fellow toadies.
But peaceable free speech, and assembly, at different times and places and aimed at specific overt or covert government press spokespersons or entities could be very hard for the statists to counter or conceal.
We are not defeated, our God lives, so we need to think a lot,work harder and pray more.
As the Obama administration continues to fail, they will become more desperate and devious. I would expect agent provocateurs and disinformation specialists to be used in greater numbers than before.

I am not missing your point. I have heard your point for 30 years. The GOPe needs divine intervention at this point and based on their lack of integrity and decency they deserve none.
It will not be changed and it will therefore die as a party of influence.

Hopefully the first of many generals to speak out!! Obama’s illegal occupation of the White House is just that: illegal. As such, military force to remove this traitor and usurper is entirely justified by international law and a mandate for many moral, Constitution-obeying patriots in the armed services!
