ACLU Fights for Boston Jihad Mass Murderer Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to be “Cut Some Slack”
DC Clothesline ^ | 11/12/2013

Posted on 11/13/2013 8:33:48 AM PST by IbJensen

Where is the slack for Martin Richard, youngest victim of the jihad bombers? How about cutting some slack to his younger sister Jane, who has undergone no fewer than 11 operations on her left leg, which she lost below the knee? We demand slack for the hundreds of victims of the devout Muslims who blew up the Boston Marathon.

The ACLU is a dangerous and depraved organization whose mission by objective is to destroy these United States.

Huge props to the judge that booted the litigious jihad jackboots from weighing in on jihad Tsarnaev’s trial.

ACLU fights for Boston jihad mass murderer Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to be “cut some slack”

(thanks to Robert Spencer)

Has the ACLU ever seen a jihadist enemy of freedom that it didn’t like? “ACLU booted from Dzhokhar Tsarnaev hearing,” by Laurel J. Sweet for the Boston Herald, November 11 (thanks to Kenneth):

The American Civil Liberties Union has been shut out of weighing in on accused Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s claims of hardship behind bars at a hearing tomorrow to address whether the alleged terrorist deserves to be cut some slack while he awaits trial.U.S. District Court Judge George A. O’Toole Jr. also ordered a memorandum the ACLU Foundation of Massachusetts submitted in support of its position stricken from the public record, explaining in his decision, “While there may be no positive rule forbidding it, in my judgment a trial court presiding over a criminal prosecution should not receive or consider volunteered submissions by non-parties except as may be specifically authorized by statute … or other authority.”

An ACLU representative could not be reached for comment yesterday.

In documents filed last week, the ACLU stated it planned to fight for the accused 20-year-old terrorist’s right to access to his attorneys and information his lawyers claim is critical to defending him against a potential death sentence, calling it “no trifling matter” that in the ACLU’s view Tsarnaev’s Sixth Amendment right to a fair trial was being threatened by the conditions of his solitary confinement at the federal lockup at Fort Devens.

The former UMass Dartmouth student’s taxpayer-funded counsel will go before O’Toole tomorrow to argue for vacating what they deem “extraordinary and severe” restrictions they liken to “torture,” including that Tsarnaev is denied TV and radio, family photos, prayer with other inmates and visitation from anyone other than his lawyers and immediate family, [sic]

Gozer could have been the degenerate Obama's long lost son.

(That is if his equipment would have supported him)

About time Americans stop letting the phony degerate president, legislators, & judges, get away with this “politically correct” baloney . . .we are a nation of laws, FOLLOW THEM OR PAY THE CONSEQUENCES . .that includes the RAG HEADS! And by the way, if I see a woman with a vale over her face . . .I will ask her to go back to her own country to hide . . America does not like cowards.

Across the throat would work for me - he’d go slack soon after that. But I mean that figuratively, of course.

I think he should get life in prison without parole and he should be put in the general population. I think there are more than enough bubbas there that can give him what he needs.

I was thinking “laterally”, not figureatively.

C’mon folks. He’s not convicted. Yet.
Conviction first, THEN punishment.

Of course, I don’t see why suspects should have access to TV or Internet while in jail. If he wants these things, he needs to make bail.

“extraordinary and severe” restrictions they liken to “torture,” including that Tsarnaev is denied TV and radio, family photos, prayer with other inmates and visitation from anyone other than his lawyers and immediate family

How about being denied your life or your legs? You denied others their life, their limbs, for no reason. You are imprisoned for a reason. You are fed and sheltered. You Tsarnaev are awaiting the denial of your life, except it will be for a reason.

Please tell me how we ever became so heartless.

The ACLU is a bunch of idealistic Morons who have nothing to do , therefor they take up the cause of a merciless murderer.
We should cut this terrorist thug slack when he can bring the dead back to life and return all the injured to there previous Condition before this idiot and his brother bombed Boston for no good reason. the Death Penalty is too good for this misanthrope.

I hope with all my might that this man receives a very fair trial. When the end justifies the means, there’s no satisfaction. But when the the trial is very fair, and the person is found guilty, then it’s a GOOD win, and is very satisfying to see Justice Served, as she should be.

I’m sure there are good reasons why this man is being kept under very close watch. Access to his attorneys however should not be impeded. If in fact access to his lawyers IS being restricted, then that needs to stop, immediately. However, sometimes the defense needs to dramatize BS in order to gain some sympathy that probably doesn’t exist and shouldn’t exist.

Those who are dead and injured deserve genuine justice, and I hope they get it.

UNfortunately, if he’s found guilty and given a death penalty, don’t count on finishing out that service any time soon. Even after all their appeals are run out and done, it can still take forever to put an end to the torture to the victims as they await that death penalty.
