Simon & Schuster has pulled Dylan Davies new book on Benghazi after new information has called into question the books credibility.
Politico has the scoop:
In light of information that has been brought to our attention since the initial publication of The Embassy House, we have withdrawn from publication and sale all formats of this book, and are recommending that booksellers do the same, Threshold Edition spokesperson Jennifer Robinson said in a statement. We also are notifying accounts that they may return the book to us.
Davies was the source of the controversial 60 Minutes Benghazi report, which 60 Minutes has admitted was inaccurate.
New York Times reporter who covers book publishing Julie Bosman tweeted that the publisher is recalling books.
Breaking: Simon & Schuster tells NYT it is pulling Benghazi book. "We are suspending the publication" and notifying stores to return books.

Just put it in Fiction,, under. ‘What If?’
didn’t fit the version from the WH or Wiki
Or better yet, under ‘What difference does it make?’
It all started when George W. Bush was flown to Benghazi on an SR-71 owned by the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy...
I smell some rats.
Death threats from DOJ and IRS are taken seriously
Too accurate?
The author probably claimed there were 118 terrorists involved in the attack when only 115 could be verified.
Best comply, lest the bookstores become suspected of storing a ghastly POTATO GUN....! Yes we all know how seriously media and the publishing world traeats LYING AND DISHONESTY now don’t we..?
One British guy responsible for training the crosswalk guards might or might not have been at the first compound. This....this gets more attention from the media than four dead Americans and the overthrow of the Libyan government by Hillary and Obama. The national news people are bought by the Democrat party.
Marginalize, delegitimize, demonize, criminalize.
Now when was the last time you saw CBS backtrack on a story? Certainly not while Dan Rather was there. How often do you here publishers recalling books because of claimed inaccuracies?
This is scary that the government can lean so heavily on these people and make them change the story. It’s all based on an unsigned document submitted by his superior.
LOL! Have they ever recalled Gore’s books?
Any book written by a liberal is inaccurate, but no one pulls those books from the shelf.
This is a Threat Matrix list documenting threats within and without. Anyone wanting on or off please advise.
This is the Benghazi Index for reference.
Whoops
good point. This just leads credibility to the author, imho.
