The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 45% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Obama's job performance. Fifty-four percent (54%) disapprove (see trends).
The latest figures include 23% who Strongly Approve of the way Obama is performing as president and 43% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -20.
The president's daily job approval rating and ratings for Congress continue to worsen as more bad news about the new national health care law is reported.

45% approval rating. Down from 42%. Down from 39%. Wait, everything the numbers dip low, a new poll is taken with a new sample to boost his numbers. Funny that!
What happened to Rasmussen? He used to have Barry at lower than Gallop had him until the election. Now gallop is lower than Rasmussen.
I doubt he gives a crap..he is getting exactly what he wants..the total transformation of the United States to the Communist utopia he always wanted
Imagine what his numbers would be if he were a white dude!
There.
Fixed it!
It sounds like they are starting to run out of people to survey. Hee hee.
:: He doesn’t give a s***. ::
Child, aint that the troof!
His lowest SA was, what, 19? This is 23. ValJar considers that a “positive”.
Obamugabe will be the most active lame-duck POTUS in modern history. The EOs will fly out of DC faster than scared pigeons from the granary! And, wait until you see the PARDONS he’ll be granting. Can you say “Tony Rezko”?
Hell, he might issue a pre-facto pardon to Hillary just because “the opposition party” won’t call him on it (and it will “crater” her POTUS bid).
America, you thought the last few years were bad?
IT
WILL
BE
PAINFUL
There should be a way for the votes of people who have lost their insurance despite what the Liar In Chief promised to be weighed more heavily. Like 100x.

On another thread I posted that I thought his approval of 36% would be the bottom . At 39% he is nearing the bottom
This might mean I was on the high side of reality.
Of course, the numbers are from different polls
“What happened to Rasmussen?”
Scott Rasmussen left his own company earlier this year. I’ve noticed the same thing on current tracking and no longer really track Rasmussen. I don’t know what Scott is doing now — maybe start a new company? I dunno
This poll is like saying I should worry about painting the house after I sold it to someone else. Totally irrelevant. It merely gives Hillary a chance to argue that she would do things differently to create separation between Obama and her campaign.
Of which part do they strongly approve? Fast & Furious? IRS? NSA? Benghazi? Obamacare? The fact that our allies no longer trust us and our enemies no longer fear us? Is it the overall transparency of the administration? The way he's brought people together--rich/poor, black/white, democrat/republican, young/old? Is it his unrelenting honesty? Or is it just that he has more melanin than average?
You can't just say you approve of his job performance without naming specifics. In fact, a real analysis would weigh what you like about his performance against what you don't like, and would involve a comparison to other presidents and how they had performed their job. Obviously, such an analysis would be way beyond the reach of anyone who strongly approves of the worst president (sorry, Mr. Carter) and biggest liar (sorry, Mr. Clinton) in American history.
When you sell your company you typically have to sign a noncompete agreement stating you will not go back into that same business for a set number of years.
Whatever Scott is doing now, it ain’t polling.
I’m hoping we’ll soon see what the real bottom is. :)
Its possible that at some point the Clintons may decide to distance themselves from Obama’s repeated failures and far left radicalism. If that happens its conceivable that he could drop into the low 30’s. Obama is definitely on thin ice right now.
6% higher approval than Gallup? What’s Scott been smoking.
I hope everybody who voted for Obama lose their Health Insurance.
