They should take each charge separately and in turn, vote to charge, send it to the senate. This would be more productive than trying to be “bipartisan” and if it caused any other legislation like immigration to hang in the breeze then so be it. Just keep sending them. Not convicting for obvious crimes will bite the jackass party and our RINO senators in the ass in the long run and they know it.

Nixon resigned for far less. Clinton was impeached for far fewer crimes. Watergate and the many many scandals of the Clinton era resemble a Sunday School picnic compared to the atrocities of the Obama Regime.

Any sworn law enforcement has the authority to arrest even the POTUS for any crimes committed. POTUS is not immune to the laws. Grant was arrested while POTUS for speeding.
