I think New Jersey was even more incredible. To win a land slide like that in deep blue Jersey is a miracle. God was looking out for America today. Sure we lost Virginia but by a point. We should forget Virginia and start grandstanding New Jersey. I am sick of looking at the loss’ and ignoring the wins.

I'm from New Jersey, and in my wildest dreams a few years ago I never would have imagined a scenario where the U.S. entered 2014 with a Republican governor in New Jersey and a Democratic governor in Vagina Virginia.

Are you out of your MIND????

Christie is just ANOTHER ROMNEY/McCain/Bush. SURE, he won in Jersey. The State DNC is fragmented and he is popular here BECAUSE HE ACTS LIKE A DEMOCRAT.

A candidate like him will NEVER win nationally. And even if he did, he would institute policies which reflect Democrat philosophies. He is pro Muslim and pro Illegals and has NO respect for the Bill of Rights.

Yeah, we lost in VA, but it was CLOSE VERY CLOSE. and EVERYTHING the Tea Party post put up there was accurate.

” I am sick of looking at the loss’ and ignoring the wins.”

That ain’t a win. It was engineered by the democrats just as much as the Virginia “libertarian” was. Meet you’re 2016 losing redux of Dole/McCain/Romney...there is now no freakin’ way that Krispy is not the nominee.

Yet the NJ voters overwhelmingly decided to make the minimum wage linked to inflation in a referendum. What good is Christie doing when he gets votes but isn’t willing to fight battles on actual conservative issues? His speech was absolute much with a message of “my job is to get the job done.” What job? There was literally one sentence in the whole thing paying lip service to some conservative policies. Meanwhile he withdrew the challenge to same-sex marriage, letting it be dictated for the state by a judge.

Christie won became Christie is a liberal. Has always been a liberal and will always be a liberal. But as far as NJ politics go he actually thinks he’s a conservative republican. Christie is your typical NE Establishment RINO. The only place in the United States he could be elected as a republican is in the NE. If he gets in the GOP primary he will get killed in Iowa by probably Rick Santorum and be humiliated the minute the race moves South, where he will not carry the first Southern state. He’s a big, fat, white version of his Kenyan butt buddy.

If you think Krispy Kreme was a victory you really are sick.

Keep telling yourself that. Jabba the Hut is as big an enemy to conservatives as Obama.

"I think New Jersey was even more incredible."

Really? What's so "incredible" about a Marxist (aka - moderate, socialist, progressive, liberal, RINO...) winning in a state chock full of like minded idiots?

God ain’t looking out for America. We murdered 55 million unborn children and our #1 export item is porn and God is looking out for us???? I don’t think so. God lets people have what they want. The people wanted a scum bag like Obama, and God gave him to us as punishment. Nope, God ain’t giving America no special get over card. He expecs America to repent and He has given us plenty of warnings to do so and we continue on our merry way into oblivion.

No disrespect intended, but how do you consider Christie a Republican? I’ll grant you he has the GOPe “stamp of approval” ...

But Christie is solid RINO, with all the typical RINO BS talking points: “personally” pro-life, pro traditional marriage, etc ...

HOWEVER, he would never impose his “personal” views on anybody - which is to say he will not “govern” as the conservative he pretends to be...

In other words, Christie is a man w/o principles - and one not too ashamed to feed at the federal sow pen when it suits his political needs. Did you forget how he kissed Obama’s butt during the Sandy fiasco?

Conservatism and limited constitutional government lost last night. The DEMONCAN REPUBLOCRATS of the Big (Brother) Government E-stablishment Party won last night. True, Virginia was a squeaker, thanks to the LIBERALtarians, but a loss is a loss.

“We should forget Virginia and start grandstanding New Jersey.”

In no way, shape, form, or fashion is Christie a “conservative.” Merely having a “R” behind your name means nothing. New Jersey is NOT a victory. However, it isn’t necessarily a loss either. It is a draw.

Virginia is also a draw. Considering that the Dem was supposed to crush the truly conservative Rep running...since it was close....it is a draw and not a loss. BTW - If it wasn’t for the demoncrats paying to get the “libertarian” on the ballot...the Republican might have won.
