Obama has never proven he was born on US soil.
That Birth Certificate he produced is as phony, as they come.
His Social Security card is phony and did he ever reapply for citizenship when he left Indonesia.
I realize this is all Birther stuff, but the fact is he has never disapproved any of it.

It always stuck in my mind that Pamela indicated MX was known to the Laubach group and Elizabeth Mooney, BUT I didn’t pay much attention to it until I found that the Laubach group claims to have taught numerous african-americans to read and write, THROUGH NOI (NATION OF ISLAM) so they could vote...it sprang back to mind when I saw that Frank Laubach was the intial sponsor for the kenyan student, and I saw them (the kenyan, Elizabeth and Frank) photographed together in a group in Kenya in 1958.
That Laubach/NOI link to Malcolm is intruiging...that the Kenyan student might have been known to Malcolm before he arrived in Hawaii leads to a number of possibilities.
(Not that anyone wants to know, it’s FAR too complicated, the very idea that Stanley Ann Dunham wasn’t anyones mother -other than Maya - is just too scary to contemplate.)

When we first started posting about certifigate, there were ColB Trolls who were “concerned” about how this issue made FR look. Now that there are tens of millions of birthers, where are those trolls?
It’s rude. We need a ruling.
We can be couch-potato quarterbacks all we want, but in the end the referees have to make the calls. If they refuse, somebody needs to give ‘em hell. And we’re the ones who should be giving them hell - NOT wasting years and years blaming all the other couch-potato quarterbacks for nobody knowing what the score is. We can scream at each other all day about what we think the score is, but if the refs won’t ever make the decisions and there’s no scoreboard allowed, we’re crazy to think anybody can know what the official score is.
If they refuse, somebody needs to give ‘em hell.

There’s one big, big difference between Obama “letting others sort it out” and Cruz doing so. I can guarantee you that Cruz is not going to kill people to keep them from talking about whether he is eligible and not going to threaten to destroy companies who let their on-air personalities discuss it. Obama and his people are Chicago mafia thugs, pure and simple. The world is beginning to see it first-hand as the fangs come out ever so slightly from behind the mask the media drapes over him. Obama has ridden the tiger, but the tiger will eventually ride him.
Cruz is not at all like Obama.
There are PLENTY of big, big differences between the 2 personalities. This eligibility issue isn’t about personalities, it’s about the constitution.

Beats me how one could apply the Constitution to someone whose identity is unknown.
No one gave ‘em hell because we were bickering with each other instead - which is precisely how Obama wants us. It’s why he hires people to agitate and stir up trouble between people who truly do love this country and her Constitution. We have to be smarter than him, and look beyond the surface. We need to look past the knife in the hand and see whether it is a BUTCHER carrying the knife toward us, or a SURGEON. Those who seek only to divide us and keep us from mobilizing against the nation’s enemies may be appealing, may feed our party spirit, but they may be deliberately sabotaging the battle line that gives us confidence and direction to enter the REAL battle.

Why aren’t we all standing together and demanding that we who campaign, and donate, and vote have skin in the game and we dang well have a right to be informed of what the rules are. We DO have “standing”. It IS our business. This is OUR country. We don’t need to have a brawl amongst ourselves; we just need to insist that the refs step in and do what they’re paid to do. Games are not supposed to be officiated via brawls. As long as we’re brawling and not demanding answers from the refs, we’re fools who are wasting our time.

Yes, but don’t assume that Cruz’ professed submission to the Constitution is in any way equivalent to Obama’s supposed submission. Obama is a foreign enemy combatant who has gotten where he is through the sword. Like Mohammed and his followers. Cruz follows the One who died paying the death sentence that we all deserved. The servant is like his master, and Cruz is NOTHING AT ALL like Obama. Obama has NEVER submitted to the US Constitution and he will kill us all before he ever does.

I think we could all just ask each other, “How is what you said going to fix the problem at hand?”
The topic of this thread is the definition of NBC. We all have different opinions but in the end all that counts is what the judiciary says it means, and they can pull any definition out of a hat any time they want to, and have already demonstrated through the Obamacare ruling that it can be totally contrary to all the jurisprudence they’ve led people to believe could be trusted. They have the ultimate weapon for political terrorism.
So what do we do about it? What solutions have been offered here on this thread? How does the talk on this thread get us any closer to fixing the problem? Do we just hope the issue goes away, knowing what Hillary is like and knowing how the grossly hypocritical media is pushing this issue already? Would that help us solve the problem?
Seems like we may have had this little discussion before, and I kind of expected someone to bring it up.
If 99% of people are so darn ignorant that they can't understand the meaning of an important term in the Constitution (the supreme law of the land), the Constitutional republic called the United States of America has no hope for survival.
Let me quote Theodore Roosevelt again: "No man is above the law!" The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. So Ted Cruz, despite his noteworthy attributes as a man and as a public official, is not above the law as it currently exists. Therefore, barring a constitutional amendment, he is, through no fault of his own, ineligible to be POTUS or VPOTUS.
As for Obama, he too is constitutionally ineligible as well, in all probability, although until we see a bona fide BC of his, we'll never know with 100% certainty. Obama is in all likelihood a usurper of the office, but that travesty doesn't ipso facto make Ted Cruz constitutionally eligible.
I advise you to cut it out.
FR will not be used as a tool to bring down Ted Cruz. We support him here 100% and if he runs will do all we can to help him. If you wish to claim he’s ineligible, you’ll have to do it elsewhere. Trolls will not last long on FR. Trolling against our very best conservative candidates will not be tolerated on FR.
