If Obama and his precious "Affordable Care Act" have lost the Huffington Post, they're both in a lot of trouble.
A broken website imperils the largest expansion of the American safety net since the Great Society.
More than two weeks into the disastrous rollout of HealthCare.gov, the website created by President Barack Obama's health care reform law still isn't working right.

Huffington Post turns its back on the POTUS’s plan?
What’s next?
TIME?
Newsweak?
And it will be blamed on the Republicans, George Bush and Global Warming.........................
Lasting months is a given. The size of the system makes that inevitable. My (somewhat educated) bet is at least two years.
I live in Vegas and have been at times involved with some Strip high end shows. What is well known is that if you botch the rollout, your business is doomed. I don’t see how Obamacare avoids a death spiral, just from the crushed interest after the startup.
It’s as if these people had never run a business.
Obamacare is beyond the holy sh** moment.
Let's re-phrase that, shall we?
the website created by President Barak Obama and his team of incompetent fools
Flopsweat
I hope ever ****sucker at HuffPo goes broke and suffers because of it. I want to see their pompous hipster NPR D-Bag readers in so much chaos it should be considered a double sin.
Bam bam will prop up “affordable” health care with Zimbabwe dollars, like Chrysler, if necessary.
We (the productive class) are paying for his peoples’ subsidies/ambu-lances, one way or tuther.
If a private company had done this they would be on the way to bamkruptcy. Only a coercive government program can do this. This needs to be drilled into the heads of any leftist who claims government is more efficient or effective.
If the Republicans are smart, they’ll refuse to push the dates out.
“And it will be blamed on the Republicans, George Bush and Global Warming.........................”
And the Democrats, MSM, and PROBABLY some Republicans (judging from what we witnessed over the past few weeks) will begin clamoring for the one-payer government system in order to “fix” everything. Not a question of “if” they will do this, but “when.”
H-S is an insult to holiness.
“If a private company had done this they would be on the way to bankruptcy. “
And the thing is that the government is already there.....multiple times over.
Interesting that they describe giveaway programs as American safety net programs. Funny how people are feeling less safe these days.
Seriously, why can’t the administration simply invent the numbers they need out of thin air after they proclaim the site fixed? If unemployment figures can be managed, surely the numbers of enrollees can be also, at least in the short term, and the short term would be all the Obama employees would be focused on anyway (other than the exit signs over the doorways).
The disaster called Obamacare is not the website, it is the math. The website may be fixable.
