i am not listening while at work but there were a great many ways to attack Obamacare. Why is the suit about a tax bill originating in the wrong house only now winding through the courts? why wasn’t every last waiver challenged on the legal authority to grant them? Why, as soon as it was called a tax bill by (may he burn in hell) Roberts, didn’t the house take action? They have no autrhority?
Yes. They flubbed it, just not in the way MSNBC is probably thinking.
We all know that a year from now when Obama Care is an apparent and undeniable “train wreck,” Obama will say, “The Affordable Care Act would have been a complete success if the Republicans hadn’t “Messed” with it.”
