Company to pursue action against HHS for using copyrighted web script.
Healthcare.gov, the federal government's Obamacare website, has been under heavy criticism from friend and foe alike during its first two weeks of open enrollment. Repeated errors and delays have prevented many users from even establishing an account, and outside web designers have roundly panned the structure and coding of the site as amateurish and sloppy. The latest indication of the haphazard way in which Healthcare.gov was developed is the uncredited use of a copyrighted web script for a data function used by the site, a violation of the licensing agreement for the software.

It will probably have to be scrapped and totally rewritten from scratch. Maybe 3-5 YEARS for a program of this complexity to be rewritten and debugged.....................
The website was obviously done by the same rubes that come up with the counterfeit birth certificate.
I do hope that we HEAR the full storyline on the violation.

Here I was trying to find the terms and conditions page...ON the stinking site...to make a bigger screenshot of the CODE...whrein the warnng about PRIVACY....is located.
Kabam.....I find this story and somehow I dont think the revelations have more than gotten underway on this surreal fiasco.

So they will shut it down AND the government will face massive lawsuits to pay on top of the millions already spent to come up with the failed system. But we are just supposed to be patient and remember that twitter had some glitches when just getting off the ground, no problem.
