This character is a Texas Republican? Actually, he’s a bigoted fool and a flamethrower who gets off on insulting the Republican base and is the sort who has done maybe irreparable harm to future Republican electoral prospects in many battleground states. Many conservatives live in those states and significant numbers of them have sat out recent presidential elections.
He is truly a fool if he thinks his overheated rhetoric will serve any purpose other than stroking his own sick and twisted ego.

Hmmmm...since many freepers from the south love to complain about the problem of "liberal yankee transplants telling us what to do", I found yet ANOTHER candidate for my proposed exchange program.
We'll gladly take back ALL our "yankee transplants" from Illinois (most of whom are living in FL and AZ now), and they can have this DIABLO back along with a boatload of many other southern transplants (Jesse Jackson Sr. & Jr., Bobby Rush, Danny Davis, etc.) they claim don't exist. ;-)
Who wants to help set up this program? I really think we'll get a better deal out of it.

He may be right about that. The pattern of African-American voting, and the different public opinions in the Afro-American vs the Euro-American communities on, for example, the Martin/Zimmermann case, suggest that the communities hold very different views on these principles.

Too many will never be assimilated into this country as founded by WASPs; Obama is “fundamentally transforming” this country into a commune into which they’ll more easily fit. There is no desire for self-determination or the responsibilities that come with it; they’d rather be tended as livestock.
