Dear Heavenly Father,
You said that when two or more are gathered in Your name, there You are also. We come together as friends and family of Jim to ask that You place Your hand of protection upon Jim during his surgery today. Lord, bless the hands, minds, and souls of the surgical team. Let their hands be Your hands. Let their decisions be Your decisions. We lift him up to You and ask that You carry him through surgery and return him to us happy, healthy, and whole.
We also ask that Your Holy Spirit provide an overwhelming sense of peace for Jim, Sheila, Chris, and John. Comfort them as they wait for good news from the surgical team. Bless and keep each of them today.
Your Holy Word says that in Christ all things are possible. We ask these things in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ and thank you for answered prayers.
Your humble servants, Amen

About the hyperbaric oxygen -—— evidently it was discussed, but ruled out. The reason I know this is because JimRobs description of his problem, sounded like the leg ulcer my DH has, so I asked him about it. My husband is in the early stages of this affliction, and the hyperbaric oxygen seems to be doing its job on him. But each person is different and JR.s doctors felt it would not benefit him, I guess.
Prayers for our dear JimRob continue.
Guess so; I do not know how long any of this will take.
I’m still praying that everything will work out so they can schedule surgery sometime this afternoon. Until something happens with his foot, he will remain in unbearable pain. Glad that the morphine is helping.
Keep praying!!
Thank you so much, Just Amy and Chris.
Praying with all my heart for Jim right now.
Praying for you and sending a “Hugh” hug from Kansas!
Praying here.
Will do. And I will keep checking back for updates. Thanks!
An echocardiogram is not an EKG.
An echocardiogram will give his doctors more definition of how each of the 4 chambers of his heart are pumping and an overall clear definition of his heart.
I think I have that right, from my husband. Ordinarily, I do not take dictation.
Prayers up, Jim.
Okay, sorry I got that wrong. Thanks for clearing that up.
We just had many souls pray for him and Father is going to remember him at Mass.
Praying.
Hang in there JR, and know we’re all thinking of you and storming heaven for you.
Speaking of storming, this thread should cheer you up some:
