And for Jews to fulfill (all of the fulfillable) 613 commandments and their subsets as contained in the Five Books of Moses, the Prophets, the Writings, and the Oral Law (Talmud) as dictated by Moses, from G-d, to the Jews on Mount Sinai and in the desert, and as extrapolated by the sages and rabbis of each subsequent generation... Right? If so, then AMEN brother!
(BTW, why do Christians hold themselves to the 10 commandments? Those were given to Jews. These are for non-Jews: www.noahide.org)
For those of us who are not of Jewish descent, which of "The 10" can we ignore?
They show us our sin, and our inability to keep them is a constant reminder that we need a Savior.
Maybe a better question is why not? What is sin? It is going against the known will of God. The Ten Commandments were in all probability given in the Garden of Eden (no record either way). The mission God gave the Israelites were to evangelize the world and no doubt the TC were an important part of that. Gods laws are for all of humanity.
