Mark Levin delivered a fantastic monologue coming out of the gate today on Obamacare and the fact that Republicans have finally been forced by the American people to try and defund it.

Your sarcasm is very artful and I enjoy it as I am as cynical as you are, but knowing that the above will not happen I still try to come up with some constructive ideas on how they should attack, unfortunately they wont do it .
Low hanging fruit : insist that any budget CR specifically defunds the special O-care bribes to congress, their staff and families. Insist they wait on line to see a doctor like we will have to.
If the ‘hell no’ caucus took this one on, then how could anyone debate them? They all even Cruz expect to lose their 'line in sand' on defunding, but this one would hurt Dems in congress bad.
But they wont because they all even the ‘hell no’ caucus want to still get it the O-care $$$$ when they fail as they know they will.
Putting loyalty tests ahead of results just doesn't work for me.
Creepy and weird.
At least with Palin I can understand how the hero worship got started, what did Levin ever do?
It has nothing to do with that.
In the mid 2000s Rush and Hannity went full force selling Levin as the ultimate authority on what the constitution really means as they called him ‘The Great one’ on their shows . I was myself a Levin drone from 2004 to about 2006 so I know.
Sure, Palin is hot looking and Levin avoids cameras cos of his looks but Levin is the guy you want to hear every day if you want to be in a continuous outraged state believing that all the answers are simple if just everyone was as pure and smart as him, but wait, Obama says the same thing. .

Levin seems to believe his own hype at this point. Perhaps he needs a new tagline for the end of his radio shows:
"Remember, I'm not only the President of Kool-Aid drinkers for Mark Levin, I'm also a client".
And I was a rabid Rush-bot in 1990s to mid 2000s too but too much has transpired in that period for me to jump on any new cult hero now.
In ~ 20 years there should be some learning.
Personally I would love it if Walker was the Camelot that Merlin was looking for, but I know better than to pin my hopes on that.
I remember seeing that.
In it Merlin is on the endless quest for the one true hero Camelot who will stay pure and not be corrupted .
And he never finds him, they all are seduced by temptation.
That is my favorite rendition as its so true of human nature and why not to join in on a personality cult.
Only the mandatory part of Ocare escapes the lack of a passed and signed CR.
But Eric Erickson of RedState claims the mandatory part of ObamaCare's budget has mostly been spent already:
According to the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service (CRS), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the IRS, will incur substantial administrative costs to implement the laws private insurance reforms and its changes to the federal health care programs. And while Obamacare provided $1 billion in mandatory implementation funding when it was enacted, HHS projects that this is largely spent. According to CRS, Obamacare administrative costs will have to be funded through the annual discretionary appropriations. Furthermore, annual appropriations bills routinely carry funding limitations to block all sorts of activities (for example, the Hyde Amendment), as well make changes to mandatory spending. These latter provisions are called changes in mandatory program spending (CHIMPS). Even if these riders were not so common-place, the stakes of so many provisions of Obamacare scheduled to take effect would present grounds for an exception.
Obama vetoing (or Dingy Harry blocking) a CR that defunded both mandatory and discretionary spending on ObamaCare would have the effect of stopping discretionary spending on the program while leaving in place the (mostly non-existent, if RedState is correct) mandatory spending.
What's not to like?
Let Zero's legacy twist in the wind until early 2017. Then kill it!
The House now passed a CR wo funding Obama-care now its time for Cruz, Lee, Rubio, Paul,...~ 16 of them to pick up the ball and not allow a CR funding Obama-care to get passed out of the Senate.
They been lecturing the House GOP endlessly but now its time for them to say in actions ‘do as I do’ not just ‘Do as I say’.
They need to Shutdown Reid's Senate until Reid passes the House Defund bill to go to Obama, and don't pass a Senate Ocare funded CR bill back to House then continue lecturing them, because such a surrender in Senate will result in Obama-care funded. STOP IT IN SENATE NOW!
