Reuters Jeff Mason and Mark Felsenthal report: John Boehner, Republican speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, said on Tuesday he would support President Barack Obama's call for military action in Syria and urged his colleagues in Congress to do the same. Speaking to reporters after a meeting with Obama at the White House, Boehner said the United States had to respond to the use of chemical weapons in Syria and show allies that America would stand up when necessary.
“I appreciate the president reaching out to me and my colleagues in the Congress over the last couple of weeks. I also appreciate the president asking the Congress to support him in this action. This is something that the United States as a country needs to do. I'm going to support the president's call for action. I believe my colleagues should support this call for action.”

Biden’s office announced Tuesday that his trip to Orlando for an event at the University of Central Florida to talk about college affordability would be rescheduled.
With President Obama heading out of town for a trip to Sweden and Russia, Biden will play an especially key role in the White House’s outreach to lawmakers.
Petraeus was made an example of to show the other pansies that Obama’s mean machine is serious.
Resistance is futile... if you have serious moral flaws.
They wonder why they lose elections, my goodness
UFB - geeze, time to check supplies.
Boehner is such a rock sucker.
We are on our own here.
We’ll make an attempt to to take out Iran only their first nuke goes off.
I will never support these SOBs again with a penny of my money.
I'm officially independent now.
Feels good...
Power and money.

There’s not a bigger skeptic about polls than me.
However, sometimes you can learn something from them.
The polls show that more than ninety percent of Americans oppose Obama’s nascent war in Syria.
So what can we learn from that?
Well, for one thing, more than ninety percent of the people are smarter and wiser than Barack Obama, John Kerry, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and John Boehner.
You underestimate Obama's ego. Right now he's thinking my speaker of my house.
Hell, with Russia and China both on some hair-triggers, this WILL NOT END WELL even if we do build a coalition.
One thing that no one is speaking about: This is all about Russia's monopoly on European natural gas and the desire of the Arab states to break into that market. It has NOTHING to do with chemical weapons, Iran's nuke, or the continued existence of Israel.
It's all about the Benjamins.
