In a move some claim is tantamount to social engineering, the Department of Housing and Urban Development is imposing a new rule that would allow the feds to track diversity in America’s neighborhoods and then push policies to change those it deems discriminatory.
The policy is called, "Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing." It will require HUD to gather data on segregation and discrimination in every single neighborhood and try to remedy it.
HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan unveiled the federal rule at the NAACP convention in July.
"Unfortunately, in too many of our hardest hit communities, no matter how hard a child or her parents work, the life chances of that child, even her lifespan, is determined by the zip code she grows up in. This is simply wrong,” he said.
Data from this discrimination database would be used with zoning laws, housing finance policy, infrastructure planning and transportation to alleviate alleged discrimination and segregation.

We already have diversity - people from all walks of life who have earned enough money to purchase a home can live in anny neighborhood they can afford.
My neighborhood (about 1,200 houses) is virtually 100% white. Houses are $400,000 to >$5M (yes, that big a spread). Most sales are for cash, no financing. People don’t want to screw around with banks and their FedGov masters.

They even did it for gain; you get nothing for lying on the census -— except perhaps no Section 8 housing in your neighborhood because you meet the required Trayvon quota.
This basically amounts to rewarding people who have made poor decisions in their life, by punishing people who have made wise decisions.

Blacks would find a very different “suburbia” encircling the welfare hives than 20 years ago; today those ‘burbs are heavily Hispanic, and also have a lot of white section 8 recipients (who are just as disagreeable as black ones).
This effort (Section 8 in suburbia) may very well start the necessary Civil War II that would clear the streets of the parasites in large numbers.
Some of the seeds for this were sown in the remedies of the 50s and 60s. People aren’t allowed to choose whom they wish to associate with.
Here in NJ everything is much more compressed; each county has at least one welfare hive (the densest ones have more), and they are separated from suburbs usually by waterways, interstates/railroads, or even simply municipal borders (vigilant police and limited vehicle access make it difficult, but not impossible, for raiding parties to get through).
The middle class has to buckle down here in NJ (along the lines of the “strategic hamlet” strategy used successfully during Vietnam); they have to focus on their immediate area where their families sleep and fight tooth and nail to keep it secure. We’ve laid off a lot of cops in the past few years (which I support - they cost too much and don’t enforce laws anymore due to political correctness), and the Obama administration has basically criminalized self defense so we have to be meticulous - if George Zimmermann had killed Trayvon Martin on Zimmermann’s property there wouldn’t even have been a trial.
NO, just there hard earned tax dollars! After all, those white crackers stole everything they have from the inner city blacks in the first place! sarc off
