Blacks would find a very different “suburbia” encircling the welfare hives than 20 years ago; today those ‘burbs are heavily Hispanic, and also have a lot of white section 8 recipients (who are just as disagreeable as black ones).

In my neck-o-the-woods, suburbia that's about 15-20 miles out of the Cesspool cities is populated by upper-middle class professionals, most of whom now are CCW and protective of their families and property. Not quite the "leave the doors un-locked" days of the 50's anymore.

This effort (Section 8 in suburbia) may very well start the necessary Civil War II that would clear the streets of the parasites in large numbers.
