There are too many people on the American right who hate the very notion of Barack Obama in the White House. It grates on them, just as it thrills – even now – tens of millions of others.
They hate not just his politics but him.
Think about all the days we have known him – from way back when he gave that breathtaking speech at the 2004 convention? Was there ever a time in all those days and weeks and months and years since that his haters on the right have stopped in their tracks and said, “Well, good for him. I liked the way he did that.”
Think hard. Have his haters ever stopped hating him?
When we got Bin Laden?
When the stock market doubled, doubling very 401K, making all those haters richer – twice as rich – as they were when Bush left us stranded with a dropping, scary economy? Did they ever look up and say, even hesitantly, “Well, I’ll give him this one?”(continued)

Whenever I point-out Zer0’s numerous failures to my insane lefty brother-in-law, his crutch of a reply is always.. “Well, at least he’s nominating my kind of Supreme Court justices. Obama will be gone in 2017, but his judges will be around issuing decisions for decades, well into my old age!”
It’s an asinine, scary opinion that too many on the radical left cling to. He’s gloating like crazy that Hillary’s going to win “in a cakewalk” (*insert Hillary+cake joke here*) and that our favorite judges (Scalia, etc) aren’t going to be able to hang-on through her term. Sick.

Yea first thing I thought of.. what a hypocritical article from Mr “Leg Tingle” given his past and current all consuming irrational hatred of Bush and Cheney.
But the thing about it is, he portrays it like it’s against the law....like no one, particularly us (on “the right”) have a right to “hate” him...and specifically, if we do not like his policies, well - we must, therefore, “hate” him. And of course, the reason why we hate him is because he’s black. What else could it be?
And Chrissy - we are not “trying to think up clever gimmicks to keep people from voting”...just clever gimmicks to keep them from voting more than once or after they’re dead. Anybody disagree?
Minorities won’t vote for Hillary in the same numbers. Woman are split on Hillary.

The left really works hard to keep their own as in the dark and disinformed as possible.
It’s human nature to hate someone who is ruining your life and of your family.
That’s what I’m hoping for. At some point they have to figure-out that Obama and the Dems aren’t really their “friends”.. right?
The lives of minorities and women are *not* getting better with this dimwit in charge; actually, they’d have to be in hardcore denial if they think this! But too many of them still buy that “GOP=racist, war-against-women cavemen” bullhockey.
The rats’ overconfident hubris would make for some delicious election night gloating, that’s for sure.

You summed it up. Matthews is just using his rhetoric to brand political opponents as racist. It serves no other purpose but propagandizing.
Pure Projection by the leftist loons. They did their level best to destroy any semblance of Constitutional Conservatism. Their hatred seethes from their very pores. I can honestly say I do not hate Barack Hussein Obama. My German mother taught me not to hate because you become that which you despise.
I hate him too. I thought I couldn’t despise anyone as much as I despised the Clintons but this guy wins hands down.
I admit I hate him. But my eyesight is 20-20. Oh, and I hate Mathews, too.
Many times I say “Lord, help me not to hate.” But, truthfully, I’m not ready to let go yet and God is not going to get into a tug of war with me.
Chris is mentally ill. I guess all that venom spewed at W the previous eight years were love taps.
I hate the idea that any lying leftist is president. I hate even more that narcissists feel so good about themselves in voting for the first black president.
