On one occasion, so it was narrated, Stalin called for a live chicken and proceeded to use it to make an unforgettable point before some of his henchmen.
Forcefully clutching the chicken in one hand, with the other he began to systematically pluck out its feathers. As the chicken struggled in vain to escape, he continued with the painful denuding until the bird was completely stripped.
“Now you watch,” Stalin said as he placed the chicken on the floor and walked away with some bread crumbs in his hand. Incredibly, the fear-crazed chicken hobbled toward him and clung to the legs of his trousers.
Stalin threw a handful of grain to the bird, and it began to follow him around the room, he turned to his dumbfounded colleagues and said quietly, “This is the way to rule the people. Did you see how that chicken followed me for food, even though I had caused it such torture? People are like that chicken. If you inflict inordinate pain on them they will follow you for food the rest of their lives.”

This is one of the things that was meant by it being easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter heaven. Wasn’t it Benjamin Franklin who said that the best way to get people out of poverty is to make them uncomfortable in it? Same goes for the segment of our population that have a dependent mentality. During the last campaign, the Democrats hired something like 30 sociologists and psychologists to work on the campaign. Take a look at Maslow’s Hierarchy Of Needs. The sociologists and psychologists know it by heart. Look at the top of Maslow’s Hierarchy......Self Actualization. Does that sound like someone who would vote for the Democrats or the Republicans? It sounds like someone who would vote Republican. So, if you are a Democrat leader, and you make your money looting the public treasury, do you want a Self Actualized voter? Heck no. You want to keep people in the lower parts of Maslow’s Hierarchy. But, how do you do that. People aren’t starving. The basic needs are being met. Our population is moving up Maslow’s Hierarchy. So, the Democrat leaders scare people into thinking they could go down Maslow’s Hierarchy. Look at the Zimmerman stuff going on today. Do Americans who are black have to be afraid that Americans who are white will hunt them down and kill them? Of course not. But, the Democrats have to keep the Americans who are black afraid. That way, they will vote for the Democrats. I call this calculated use of fear “The Blueunicorn6 Addendum To Maslow’s Hierarchy Of Needs”. It is a cruel and disgusting move by the Democrat leaders.
