The inner-city tribal parasites aren't interested so much in Food, but rather the EBT's that buy whatever they want (crack, tattoos, bling, etc.), plus every other sort of handout from Whitey that the Government FORCES.

A solution would be to allow each racial group to come up with their own charities and ‘programs’.

A percent of taxes from blacks will be used to support those blacks who can't support or feed themselves. The taxes collected and given to the fund would be managed by black politicians - as they see fit. They could hand out money in the form of 'disability' or food stamps or whatever - but all of it would come from taxes collected from blacks. Any money left over would go to black politicians for their slush / I mean rainy day funds...

Same for white and Hispanics etc... We would pay our taxes with a percent set aside for white care giving. Same with other groups. I'd like to see how ‘generous’ blacks would be if the money was coming out of their own pockets... and how generous white, Asians and Hispanics would be...
