Nondiscolsure to the press is one thing.
Nondisclosure to their Congressional overseers is
something else again.

Well, THAT puts a whole new spin on the phrase, STFU!!

IIRC, NDAs cannot prevent someone from testifying in response to a subpeona.

Wolf continued: “It is worth nothing that the Marine Corps Times yesterday reported that the Marine colonel whose task force was responsible for special operations in northern and western Africa at the time of the attack is still on active duty despite claims that he retired. And therefore could not be forced to testify before Congress.
This was the Martial Arts teacher in Germany. Pentagon said they didn’t know where he was when asked. Can’t remember his name off the top.

Mr Wolf, as of today will need the same level of protection as Mr George Zimmerman!

It's called either corruption or a coup.
The first is bad and if it goes too far, we have the second.
Yippee, we have both!

I would think this would override that.
Protection from discrimination means that an employer cannot retaliate by taking “adverse action” against workers, such as:
Firing or laying off
Blacklisting
Demoting
Denying overtime or promotion
Disciplining
Denial of benefits
Failure to hire or rehire
Intimidation
Making threats
Reassignment affecting prospects for promotion
Reducing pay or hours

If true, NOW IS THE TIME TO RESIGN AND COME TO THE AID OF YOUR COUNTRY. IT SEEMS AS THOUGH NO ONE ELSE HAS THE GUTS OR THE PATRIOTISM TO DO THE DEED THAT SO DESPERATELY NEEDS DOING.
GENERAL, WHERE ARE YOU?
Anyone wanting on or off this ping list, please advise.

Solution = the power of the purse. Cut the appropriations of the offending offices. Write into appropriations bills provisions that no money can be spent to advance such schemes.

Lord God Almighty, do not let Obama, Clinton, Holder, and all these lying, murdering, traitors get away with this cover up and crime anymore for the sake of any righteous American citizens that still pray for Your will to be done.

Sign or not get paid for what they have done. That is what it is. My wife worked for stinking Bank of America. She was there 32 years. One morning they called everyone around the country that did the same job as her section. All were told their jobs were terminated. They would get one year’s salary IF THEY SIGNED a document saying they would not sue for age discrimination in the future. It seems that over 75% of the people in these jobs were over age 55 and had been with the bank for years. No signature, no year’s buy out. My wife signed, took the money and had enough time to at least officially retire. Same crap. Sign or take your chances IF YOU CAN PROVE that we did this because of age.

Call your Representitives in Congress today/NOW - insist they demand answers from those on whose watch Ambassador Stevens and the other three were killed...Hillary Clinton and Obama have denied/evaded any wrong doing on their part...SORRY it was on their watch this happened.
Clinton's words heard around the world..."what difference does it make!!!??? Outrageous!
POTUS?...NEVER!

If CONgress were serious they could compel these witnesses to testify with a subpena. Have them show up at the hearings and then force them refuse to testify on camera. Then charge them with contempt of Congress.
Won't happen because the GOP Leadership has the same Bankster bosses as Barry and the Democrats.
