Which will be easily appealed. Having not been provided that the charge of manslughter was “in play”, the defense was not allowed the opportunity to defend against such charges.
If Z is found guilty of “manslaughter”, the defense will provide several motions, the most important to be “dismissal on mistrial”.

Speaking of that, the other day while watching the Florida channel WESH2 they showed dozens of buses burning. I did a Google search and never found any news on that. I found a link with just the pictures but nothing else. Do either of you know what that was all about?

I really think the explanation for his behavior is simpler than that. He was out skulking around and looking in people’s windows at night. If anybody knew where he lived, they’d tip off the authorities, or his dad, and he’d be in trouble. So when he saw that Z had spotted him at home and now knew where he lived, he decided to eliminate the witness. Yes, it’s an over the top reaction to avoid a relatively minor consequence, but sociopaths do that kind of thing all the time.
Don’t know anything about that.
