Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

Truer words have never been spoken. I thought MOM closing - the part I saw - had a perfect emotional tone. Solicitous but serious; respectful without being pandering. Respectful. All thing that anyone would like to see in someone speaking to them male or female.

My question and point was would most think it fair if there were not a single female on the jury and it consisted of all males?

I did not say ALL unmarried women do it. But unmarried women vote for democrats in MUCH larger numbers than married women. That is not a stereotype, but a fact. Married women tend to vote the same as men.

I loved how he played the bit when this freak judge badgered George on if he would testify, and how Mark ripped into her for her non-professionalism.

Many years ago, I prosecuted a civil RICO action federal district court. Although the trial lasted nearly four months, the jury was out for only four hours before reaching a verdict in favor of my client. When I interviewed the jurors after the trial, two of them told me that they actually reached a verdict in less than three hours, but they wanted the free lunch.
