The stand your ground law does not say Stay in your car.
Nobody is physic.

Are lawyers allowed to LIE during closing arguments without repercussions?

"GZ should have known better and stayed in his car"

The Mike Tyson defense. Desiree Washington should have stayed in her car.

Didn’t shoot TM because he had to but because he wanted to.

And I guess he wanted to shoot him at the last possible moment before he was knocked unconscious! And he wanted to shoot him minutes before the police that he called would show up! And he wanted to shoot him in front of a neighbors townhouse, rather than shooting him where no one else might see it.

Makes sense to me!

You certainly do have a brain.

But you are also atypical when it comes to women and emotion. The big reason why there’s always a gender gap in Presidential elections is because the Dems are so good at appealing to emotion rather than logic.

So all the guess, assume, presume etc, I thought it was the job of the state to present proof. To eliminate the doubt! Ugh, I can’t stand the lying, the upside nature of this entire case! Thanks for the count, it’s insane!

“Don’t be a vigilante”

That’s exactly what he’s asking the jury to be.

attacking stand your ground.

this is to enable the civil suit.

The city and state are afraid of a civil suit from all sides.

He is misrepresenting stand your ground.

In that case, I would take the Richmond-San Rafael bridge over to the East Bay and take the 880 to Hwy 17 down to Santa Cruz - avoid SF at all costs.

They won’t, there should be at least one, in the words of Carol O’Conner, dingbat on the jury.

All the rest have to say to the dingbat is "are you absolutely sure he's guilty. Because if you have a reasonable doubt, we've got to say, not guilty."

Furthermore, they could say, "show us the evidence you are using to come to the absolutely guilty conclusion."

And of course, there isn't any.

Seems to me that this creep Guy is saying and doing whatever he needs for just ONE sympathetic juror to make a hung jury. I think they realize their case is toast.

MOM put the jury into contemplative, receptive mindframe that appealed to their sense of honor; now this idiot’s confronting them, essentially calling them stupid for being hypnotized by MOM. This causes jurywomen to recoil, not consider what he’s hurling at them in his fear of losing.

Kinda like when opinion-shapers on FR try to hold you down and force you what to think and believe... it backfires.
