Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

This is soooooo pathetic. Tugging at the heartstrings of the jury for poor Trayvon. No evidence, just feelings.
Mark O’Mara’s closing argument was powerful and entirely evidence based. Guy’s attempt here to play the race card, victim card, child card... makes me want to puke.
If this jury has half a brain, they will be eating dinner at home tonight. The prosecution has no case, they know it, and to make this kind of pathetic emotional argument is a crime.
Thank God, O’Mara had those cut outs to show the size of THAT CHILD!

It was not a police officer, it was a neighbor who called Zimmerman’s wife at Zimmerman’s request.
“That the family would walk out was pre-ordained. It was a pretty bald-faced (headed?) attempt to influence the jury in a negative way against the defense team. Shameful. It was part of a set piece and one that should result in sanctions on the prosecution.”
