Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Doesn’t this guy’s testimony about Martin being alive after being shot contradict another witness who said he died instantly and could not have said, “You got me” when shot by Zimmerman?
MOM will wipe that smirk off his face in thirty seconds. He has no idea whatsoever how much pain Trashcan felt or how long he was alive after the shot.
It’s probably been hashed out to death, but yes, it would.

Actually, when asked how tall Trayvon was, the coroner replied -—the autopsy report says 5’11”—. That was a strange response IMHO—there is likely some reason he didn’t say —Trayvon was 5’11”.
Perhaps because the coroner himself didn’t do a height measurement?

Exactly, he testified to something that he doesn’t know AND he deviated from the script which proves he can do it.

Other than to be able to pull emotion from the jury none of this testimony is even relevant. It is agreed that he died of a gunshot wound and agreed that gz pulled the trigger. So there really is no point to this testimony to prove that gz did it as 2d degree murder.

He’s already distancing himself from his report
He’s an ME who testifies on the facts. He can have any opinion, but he’s no longer an ME. He’s just the same as you or I when he states such nonsense. The persecutors are grasping at straws.
He was in pain, but was still alive, could talk, could move.
This ME is another DEFENSE witness.
BTW, I doubt that TM SCREAMING could happen AFTER being shot, it does not on the tape, but just wait, the Left will tell us that. This injury, to the chest, would make screaming difficult IMHO.
