Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

He didn’t aim for the heart - he just shot hoping he would hit him somewhere. I heard a recording of his testimony to the cops and he said he thought he hadn’t even hit him - thought the shot went wild.
I literally laughed out loud when he started to testify about memory and that he had done a lot of research
The witness is criminally hostile...Now he’s got his teet cought in the ringer.

It looks like the most entertaining witness I’m going to miss. I just stopped in for a quick look, busy today, and won’t be able to watch Bao’s testimony. Have to trust that you all will offer more good reporting for my reading later tonight.
Everything about this farce of a show-trial reeks of a Mistrial verdict. But since it’s politically motivated by the left, GZ’ll probably get life.
The witness, while in the process of leading the Judge, stated that These were his PERSONAL NOTES he made up ALL LAST NIGHT which were taken from the notes and photos of the two assistants and the Medical Examiner(whomever that was.)

You must of missed the rules. For some people you are not allowed to criticize anyone on the defense, make fun of anyone on the defense, point out something that the defense might of missed or has to clear up...or you will be ‘unpinged’, called ‘nasty’ or threatened. There, now you know. LOL

That was a very interesting statement that the Judge said about “destroying” the notes. What if the Jury asks something about the notes?
It is purported that the very...close relationship is between Rao and Corey (not to be confused with Cao who is a former U.S. Rep from Louisiana).;-)
