We knew that though....TM was not able to get to the gun.
No blood on pistol grip. DNA sample insufficient to include or exclude either GZ or TM.
Holster DNA matched GZ. No determination for TM.
Did he say he could not determine whose DNA it is but he could determine whose DNA it wasn’t?
Run Roh. Fodder for the defense.
Didn't even cross my mind.
Was there a need to remove the Cable Lock, rack the pistol, and dry fire it twice, in the general area of the Jury ?
“but he could determine whose DNA it wasnt?”
You can disqualify people using DNA.
True, but this doesn't prove that TM didn't go for the gun - just that he never got it if he did... It's almost like the prosecution thinks all it has to do is raise reasonable doubt about GZ's story, but that is directly opposite of the standard of proof. They have to PROVE beyond a reasonable doubt that his story is not true.
We knew that though....TM was not able to get to the gun.

But the first responding officer was able to get to the gun. Was his DNA found anywhere on the gun? Was it tested for?
I know you can disqualify people using DNA but if there isn’t enough to say whose DNA it is, can they still tell the DNA doesn’t belong to someone?
Are we going to hear from a medical examiner about an autopsy at all? So far we don’t have a dead guy in evidence yet.
Did you know that Tracy Martin was still legally married to Alicia, and that Brandy Green is still legally married to someone else ?
looks like she does have to run for reelection;

Did they find Billy Jeff’s DNA on the gun?
I ask, because that boy has been known to get around, so to speak.
When the cop took GZ's gun...he used no gloves.
Then the first aid person wiped off any DNA that might have been on GZ's face off. Then another "aid" did the same. The Barney Fife squad!!
They can say “We can’t rule out the defendant”.
Saying TM DNA didn’t show papa Martin would sure live thing up!
Skittles, skittles, skittles, skittles, skittles, skittles, skittles.
No it isn’t.
It can get very cold here in florida, I have two heavy jackets and an outer shell, and I’ve had to wear all three of them before on top of a sweatshirt in Florida.
Also, going to say, if I see a person that I do not know walking next to my house in a hood in the rain or the snow or the cold or the that, the police are getting called.
That is a good point, I think
I would have to concede that.
