Day 18 (Week #4) Zimmerman Trial – Witness Discussion Thread
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | July 3, 2013 | Sundance

Posted on 07/03/2013 5:16:54 AM PDT by Uncle Chip

Today, July 3rd, is DAY #18 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

Rather than recap yesterday, I want to draw attention to some issues – A great recap is available HERE:

Yesterday, we got the first view on the horizon of the mud about to get slung by the State toward the character of George Zimmerman – Things are about to get intense.

Also, the State probably wants the jury to hear Sybrina, TrayMom™ and tears, last in the line-up prior to the long mid-week holiday break - so heads up for her this afternoon.

Tracy probably will not testify – due to his on-the-record lies now visible in evidence.

Remember, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case you can expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions.

The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.

So if the Seminole County Medical Examiner, or any LEO is not called to the stand – O’Mara cannot mention it. M.E. = Trayvon Blood Tox. etc.

The Scheme Team has, in their desperation, blitzed the media and geography. Daryl Parks, and Jasmine Rand are doing as much Cable News as possible. Jasmine is the David Axelrod of their scheme. She is also a well skilled liar, and working hand in hand to assist and counsel with the State.

Jasmine is also simultaneously trying to coordinate the narrative of Rachel Jeantel with Rod Vereen. You now have: Natalie Jackson, Ben Crump, Darryl Parks, Jasmine Rand, and Rod Vereen all working together to protect their narrative.

According to her girls: Alicia Stanley – has also been physically threatened and extorted to keep her mouth shut. They, all of them, are in full tactical combat operational mode to get their lynching money.

There is NOTHING they will not do. N.O.T.H.I.N.G.

Actually, she has had several mini meltdowns, today was a big one, “end of discussion”. They have all been directed at the defense.

I think I’m missing the point here, do we not already know who’s who?

Prosecution is trying to prove that Trayvon's prints are on the gun he was reaching for.

Neither are any of the dozens of other people who handled it.

A former boss of mine used to say BS baffles brains. This is an example of it, this whole tragic travesty of justice.

I mean an actual screaming fit. I bet someone gets hit with a contempt charge before it is over.
It’s really hard to railroad someone on live TV.

One of the first things a thug would do, is get rid of any identifiable clothing he wore to a witnessed crime.

So... he would have had to fled the scene of a crime, right?

(even though we know this to be fact already).

I believe every member of the jury already knows exactly what happened and why.

Rush is very supportive of Free Republic.
In fact, Mark Levin and Rush are great friends and ML is a FREEPER.

We can all disagree with particular Freepers at times and still support FR.

It was a LONG time ago and he did tell one FReeper that he gets hateful mail from Freepers all the time... But, that was WAAAYYY back and i don’t think FR had even been established but for just a couple of years. I think he
has since come to really respect FR.... He gets A LOT of his material from here. And hey, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery....

I sometimes think he uses FR as show prep! HA!

Sometimes? I would bet it's a primary source. Pretty much anything I hear on Rush I've already read on FR.

Trayvon’s OWN FATHER went to bed! He came home FOUR HOURS after TM left to go a mile up the road...but yet dad wasn’t alarmed....
+++++++++++++++++++

If my kid was on suspension from school he not only would not be allowed to go outside (much less be allowed to go to 7-11 at night), he wouldn’t be allowed to have a cell phone (much less be allowed to talk to an illiterate manatee for 12 hours).

"There was no reason to remove the CABLE LOCK, and a Judge would not normally allow it under general principles."

I agree with you on that. The whole reason to do that was to sway the jury.

I was a juror one time on a DUI hit and run case (hit a car). The prosecutor in his summations walked back and forth in front of us with a pocket book and the title of that book was NOT GUILTY. The tricks that prosecutors pull is something else and they get by with it.

What can possibly come of it? Proving that Trayvon didn’t touch the gun — its all I can think of. Really a stretch to help the state.

I cut the state slack on this one. You want to remove all of the possibilities that the jury may be wondering about. If they think the defense is going to claim that M went for the gun, and the state thinks he didn’t, they are going to need to offer some proof that he didn’t, if they have it.

A lot of stuff in a trial is procedural and boring, but truly necessary.
