Today, July 3rd, is DAY #18 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Rather than recap yesterday, I want to draw attention to some issues – A great recap is available HERE:
Yesterday, we got the first view on the horizon of the mud about to get slung by the State toward the character of George Zimmerman – Things are about to get intense.
Also, the State probably wants the jury to hear Sybrina, TrayMom™ and tears, last in the line-up prior to the long mid-week holiday break - so heads up for her this afternoon.
Tracy probably will not testify – due to his on-the-record lies now visible in evidence.
Remember, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case you can expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions.
The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So if the Seminole County Medical Examiner, or any LEO is not called to the stand – O’Mara cannot mention it. M.E. = Trayvon Blood Tox. etc.
The Scheme Team has, in their desperation, blitzed the media and geography. Daryl Parks, and Jasmine Rand are doing as much Cable News as possible. Jasmine is the David Axelrod of their scheme. She is also a well skilled liar, and working hand in hand to assist and counsel with the State.
Jasmine is also simultaneously trying to coordinate the narrative of Rachel Jeantel with Rod Vereen. You now have: Natalie Jackson, Ben Crump, Darryl Parks, Jasmine Rand, and Rod Vereen all working together to protect their narrative.
According to her girls: Alicia Stanley – has also been physically threatened and extorted to keep her mouth shut. They, all of them, are in full tactical combat operational mode to get their lynching money.
There is NOTHING they will not do. N.O.T.H.I.N.G.
It certainly hid every bit of his face in all 3 views in the store.

It also showed just how small an effort it took to jack the slide back.
Even IF there wasn’t one in the chamber, a round could have EASILY been chambered during a struggle for the gun.
Doesn’t it take two hands to chamber a round? How would GZ have managed that with TM on top of him? You think TM would have stopped punching/smothering or grabbing for the gun long enough to allow GZ to ready his gun to fire at TM?
Do you recall which hand she used to pull the trigger?

Um... not an 'evidence' requirement, it's a safety' requirement. It is for the safety of whomever handles it, and the safety of the trial attendees, the jury, but most IMPORTANTLY, for the safety of the JUDGE. In terms of 'evidence requirement', it actually allows for 'contamination of the evidence' by inserting it into the barrel of the gun.
It was probably removed in the courtroom by an officer of the court.
You are completely correct. Now... WHO asked for it to be removed, and WHO authorized it being removed?
Also the prosecution gets another visual to the jury there is no built in trigger lock for the gun.
While that is certainly true, it is also true that if the PISTOL had 3 built in safeties, it would still have had the BRIGHT RED TRIGGER/BARREL lock installed on it by police.
TECHNICALLY, removing the police installed trigger/barrel lock , then racking the gun and firing it several times is EVIDENCE TAMPERING.
What if a witness took the DNA swabs out of their wrappers and licked them ?

A Cable Lock is one thing a Trigger Lock is another. A safety is something different from the others, There are also “Bore Locks”. There is also Wall Mounted Trigger Locks, to secure the gun to a non movable object and insure weapon can not be removed or fired.
On my revolvers In can remove the cylinders secure a cable lock through the barrell an still have action with trigger.
The”BRIGHT RED TRIGGER LOCK’ is really a cable lock.
