Women make up the jury.

People on this thread have to LISTEN to what is going on..those that keep claiming that GZ never said he was afraid in his car just aren’t paying attention.

That interrogation tape is a problem

Don’t be blind to it and pretend everything is sailing smoothly.

I think GZ should be found not guilty but you can’t discount a female jury wondering about why he got out of the car.

I sincerely believe without listening to the tapes, you are taking what you are reading out of context.

I don’t have the time to go back and listen right now, but I am of the belief that what you are speaking to in regards to him being in the car and scared, is being confused.

Please stop suggesting that anyone here to blind to the facts being presented, it’s insulting. We are all listening and drawing our own conclusions. To suggest we are denying truth as it’s presented is just clearly an assumption on your part.

Courage is the ability to do the right thing even when you are scared or afraid.

Your post makes no sense to me.

Even when it was made clear in testimony that the Dispatcher kept asking George questions that required getting out of the vehicle to answer.

The Address (no signs by the van. Had to walk to find the next one)

The location of the suspect. What did the suspect look like. Was the suspect moving. etc.

I just went back and watched the reenactment. Absolutely no mention of fear until his head was being bashed. Tray circled his car while it was parked and then Tray disappeared...

I'd say Tray had already made up his mind to attack GZ (the pussy-ass cracker (as the shirt said)and played cat and mouse...He had plenty of time to get home.

Women will understand the difference between simple fear (dogs, lightning, the dark, walking alone, etc.) and a fear for one's life (knife to neck, head being bashed into concrete, rising flood waters at one's door, house on fire, gun in face, etc.).

Women are not stupid.

Things cause fear all the time, and women as well as men and children have to continue on with their lives and move beyond that fear. A confrontation where one is in fear for one's life is not the same as a simple fear of getting out of one's car to identify a location or follow a subject at a distance, get a name off a street sign, etc.

I'm sorry you can't understand the difference. Have a pleasant evening.

You are right about that . It’s exactly what my wife keeps saying to me.. “GZ started this when he got out of the truck. “. Therefore he deserves some of the responsibility. My wife would not support a murder conviction, but I suspect she would have agreed to a lesser charge.

Damn illogical women! I hope my marriage survives this trial. /s
