Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

You left out
3)The state didn’t have a case to begin with, but were responding to the race baiting hustlers.
Three seconds is an astounding amount of delay. After more than about half a second delay it really begins to impinge upon conversations. That said, the delay comes from several things, such as encoding and decoding, packet size, and buffering. None of these are relevant to whether or not the information is retained. In other words, the call could be recorded with no perceptible delay, or not recorded with very long delays. The act of recording does not introduce any delay whatsoever.

I think this is there way of saying to the race baiters, “be careful what you ask for...”.
Wonder what this tape proves now?
“Good luck!”
Thank you! I’m back from the doctor’s, and they just got back from lunch.
Found out I’m getting old...lol...thus the pain in the left shoulder!
CTH wonders if BLDR will call a Honda mechanic to testify about the ding ding ding from the car door being open — and it would undoubtedly work to the defense case just like everything else.
You missed my point:
Recording must occur to create delay.
Perhaps the prosecution will end with this summation... "And this, folks, is why the authorities declined to file charges in the first place." ;^)
Glad to hear it’s apparently? not serious then....
There’s transmit delay 2x as well, plus computer time to digitize and packetize those digits, but three seconds is a lot when it’s local cells not satellites.
Wow...George was worried about committing a sin. Proves he was not out to kill anyone....
Is Bernie working for defense? Seems like it.
OMG how stupid is the prosecution????
It’s a judgment call, but the defense should inquire about how much time Trayvon spent with Sybrina (as compared to with Alica), and when was the last time she saw Trayvon alive.
Starting to get very nervous, there has to be more to the prosecutions case, they even show a video with his head bandaged.
They’d best “move out” temporarily.
Another great defense witness.
I would agree, Ms Leibowitz
