Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

With all you stated, you see a guilty verdict?
Sad
TM wasn’t confronting GZ when he got out of his car, what are you talking about???
TM at that point was still yards away, and yea maybe he was a little afraid but did he say he was afraid for his life? And does that mean he had the intention of killing Martin when he got out of his car? GZ was just trying to see what TM was doing to report to the 911 operator he was on the phone. He is the the neighborhood watch and while being scared probably is used to having to report such incidences.
You are scary because if the females get this hair brained in this jury and get stuck on something like this GZ is f($*#ed
Your hands must be raw from all that wringing!!!!! Geesh, you are like nails on a chalkboard!!!!!
She is much worse!
No, it wasn't. Turns out neighborhood watch protocol advises to NOT tell a suspicious person that you are neighborhood watch. This is advice coming from SPD, to people who are interested in neighborhood watch. It makes sense too. If the person is a thug, you just identified yourself as being worth more points.
This is the first time I heard Z s tape without it being bleeped
“What cha doing HOMIE”Fits right into DDs testimony about CAC and Rapist-RUN! Since no one knew she was throwing those out tying it together to show motive should be easy.
That's insane. There is NO SUCH delay in calls from room to room... I can practically here myslelf saw a word before I finish it.
Try talking to someone in Europe... with a 30-40 sec delay. It's DIFFICULT.
You'll last longer here at FR is you try not to just MAKE SHIT UP.
Has the prosecution gotten to the last of its witnesses?
juries are unpredictable. they could convict for ANY reason. Even to send a message for a social agenda. (all killing bad)
Baldo is banking on ignorance and the everyone is guilty theory.
They are going to have a hard time proving it was even as bad as simple stupidity, let alone criminal.
Okay. And that changes the truth of my thesis statement in what way? He was charged with lying the FBI, even if he wasn’t convicted of it. So my statement still stands unimpeached - you don’t have to be under oath for you to go to jail for lying to a Federal agent.
I sincerely believe without listening to the tapes, you are taking what you are reading out of context.
I don’t have the time to go back and listen right now, but I am of the belief that what you are speaking to in regards to him being in the car and scared, is being confused.
Please stop suggesting that anyone here to blind to the facts being presented, it’s insulting. We are all listening and drawing our own conclusions. To suggest we are denying truth as it’s presented is just clearly an assumption on your part.
Life has inconsistencies.
The question is, where are the most inconsistencies, or the most indicative inconsistencies?
I think those are going to be on the prosecution’s side of things.
Once again, it is a female jury.
GZ said he was afraid while in the car
It IS an issue whether you want to admit it or not.
“But you cant underestimate a female jury wondering why GZ got out of that car when he said he was afraid.”
Most of the women I know are not such pansies. And MY wife expects me to get up and go investigate things that go bump in the night. In fact, the military used to pay me to go in harm’s way. Lots of men have no real trouble with feeling some fear, then manning up and going...
Has the prosecution gotten to the last of its witnesses?

No, but for all intents and purposes, they have all been pro-defense witnesses so far.
The standard of proof in a murder case is not "some room" to find the defendant guilty. It is "proof beyond a reasonable doubt."
Up to this point the evidence overwhelming points to the fact that Mr. Zimmerman did not commit any of the specific elements of murder.
The last question asked by MOM was quite telling. The police officer had already testified that there was a lot of political pressure put on him to get Zimmerman. In the end the officer concluded that Zimmerman's entire story was the truth.
Now take that to your jury box and tell me why anyone should convict Zimmerman of anything based on the evidence presented to date.
Don’t try to make a fool of yourself, the creator has apparently done the job for you.
Your post makes no sense to me.
He was big. He was a thug. He was acting like he was on drugs and he was.
He was acting suspicious.
He was circling the car.
If I was afraid in my car - and GZ admitted he was...I would not get out of the car.
In fact, I would move my car and wait for the police.
btw, the same would hold true if it was a big white thug or a big hispanic thug acting the same way.
