After Tuesday’s testimony in the George Zimmerman trial by star witness Rachel Jeantel some of my white devil, honky, gringo, pasty skin, mackerel snatchin’, Caucasian buddies got all up in arms about Rachel Jeantel stating that “creepy ass cracker” is not a racial slur.
First of all, Rachel, and I hate to break it to you, sister -- and I use that word “sister” in the strictest biblical sense of the word -- but “creepy ass cracker” does, historically, denote derision towards the pigmentally challenged of this world.
By pointing this out to you, I do not mean to demean or berate you. It’s just a friendly FYI I’m putting out there for you to consider, for future reference, because it does offend some of my tribe’s more genteel members.
That said, it really doesn’t offend me. Matter of fact, I prefer cheeky ass cracker to creepy ass cracker as the former borrows capital from British slang and merges it with an 18th century Floridian colloquialism, making it at least a quasi-compliment for this 21st century, brutish wordsmith; while the latter denotes a middle-aged white dude who comments way too much on a cute teenage girl’s Facebook page. Or a teenage boy’s Facebook page, for that matter. But I digress …
Another thing that got a lot of my WASPY buddies miffed by your testimony last week was the fact that the media isn’t Paula Dean-ing you for your use of an obvious racial epithet. To that I would suggest just forgiving them if they tweeted you something untoward, as some of my buddies are arriving a little late to the party and it’s just now dawning on them that the media is unsympathetic to their genome’s plight.
Thirdly, I’d watch it calling someone or something “retarded.” A lot of folks, especially those with special needs friends and family members, take umbrage to that phraseology. It’s just a suggestion to consider. Seriously.
Another thing to ponder if you happen to get called to the stand again, is to get your stories straight while you’re giving testimony or it could turn out better for the defense than the prosecution.
And finally, I know you didn’t ask for this type of spotlight to bear down on you but, if I were you, I would really, really dial down on the rude answers and the obtuse facial expressions, as it sure didn’t look great on television, and at the end of the day, we all have to get along.

If somebody is White/Hispanic then he is a member of the KKK.
Travon was 4 years old when killed.
Travon was shot three times.
911 operators give orders that must be followed.
Cursive is a foreign language.
A Defense Attorney cannot have ice cream with family or be disbarred and the client found guilty.
You cannot defend yourself unless brains are coming out of your skull.
If you carry a gun, you are guilty of premeditated homicide.
If you care about your neighborhood and keep an eye on things, you must give up your right to Self Defense.
“They always get away” is racist. “Creepy-ass Cracker” is not.
You are not allowed a day in court or a proper defense because a mob says so.
You can blame anybody of anything if they are on trial. Truth need not to apply.

Zimmerman’s injuries were done after the shooting to cover up the crime.

If the defendant’s account and the witness account are similar, it means automatically they are involved in a conspiracy.
It is fascinating what people think is legal or not. I have the feeling most of their “training” comes from watching re-runs of Law & Order and CSI: Miami. And to think that they are part of the jury pool is downright scary.

- Trayvon Martin had the complexion of a Swedish model
- The pictures of George Zimmerman at the scene with a bloody, swollen nose are obvious Photoshop jobs
- A lawyer doesn’t need to know a witness’s address or even her name when he takes her deposition to use as the basis for an arrest warrant
- If a conflict arises as to whether an original audiotape or a transcript of that audiotape shall be used as evidence, preference shall be given to the transcript
- Rachel’s testimony was so bad, she was probably hired by Zimmerman
- A prosecutor can ask as many leading questions as he wants to, for any reason, with any witness
- Iced tea and fruit juice are pretty much the same thing
It is sickening to see that our culture has been flogged and browbeaten with political correctness to the point that the legal bureaucracy, courts, the media and most people are so whipped that they take this feral, ignorant, tub of lard seriously.
Or they pretend to take her seriously and act as if she is just a regular, normal human being so that others won’t label them close-minded or GASP! -— Racist!!!
...And jailed.

I know people perhaps not as blatant but still real close. You can tell by the questions they ask.
These people, this may be liberal but it feels more pathetic than anything else. They want someone to believe in, here on this earth, to make decisions for them. Individual choice only weakens that central authority. I cannot imagine the fear they must live in from day to day.
Heck honkey, cracker, white mf, and all those words used by black people against white people are not racist. Only disparaging words used by whites can be racist in this country.
Procecution and TM’s parents and supporters are in the other direction.
Her eyes were all over the place when she was answering questions, like you see somebody do when they’re making something up or trying to remember what they’ve been told to say rather than simply recalling their own memory.
Thanks. I think you may have hit on something there, to help me unravel the mystery of his strange belief system. I don't generally care what makes them the way they are, but this one happens to be family.

In fact as I recall the term was “mackerel snappers” used mostly as a light-hearted tease of Catholics from non-Catholics usually Episcopalians which we Catholics did and still do refer to as “Catholic-Lite”.
