"THE ZIMMERMAN PROSECUTION HAS A GIANT PROBLEM (see red text below) George Zimmerman re-enactment video with the police BEFORE he had a lawyer and right after the shooting": [I WILL BE IN FLORIDA on MONDAY in COURTROOM. OTR at 10pm will air live from Florida Monday night.]
First, as it stands now, (and ONLY my guess and it is early and much can change) do not expect George Zimmerman to take the witness stand (although he has a Constitutional right to do so if he wants to do so.)
This re-enactment video will help you understand the scene of the shooting according to George Zimmerman and is in his words. It is also a horrible video for the prosecution.

Which means nothing. They were only interacting according to her for the last 3 weeks. And yet Sybrina said she began to hear about her at Xmas. Nothing from any of these schemers is believable.
No, it wasn’t even that strong. He said “we don’t need you to do that” (follow). The dispatcher was quite clear that for liability reasons they do not say anything that can be considered anything more than a suggestion — e.g., could you try to find a house number.
Trayvon Martin, a future Fulbright Scholar and Nobelist, was delivering hot meals to sick and shut-in white ladies, on his way home from Bible study, discussing his Nuclear Physics homework with young Rachel on his cell phone, when he espied a Mr. George Zimmerman attempting to commit suicide by bashing his head repeatedly against the concrete sidewalk.
Selflessly rushing to aid the obviously deranged man who apparently had some white blood and whom he little suspected of being a violent, armed racist, he was shot down in cold blood. Trayvon is a Civil Rights Martyr. No doubt about it.
What can you not understand here?
This is the kind of garbage I was talking about.
Trayvon was a Rhodes scholar. If you can't get details like this right, there is no hope for America.
p.s. 'DeeDee' is the Fulbright Scholar.
This case really isn't even a close call, with the 911 call and Zimmerman's injuries. It's just like the Rodney King case, where the L.A. prosecutors overreached for what was essentially an attempted murder charge instead of aggravated assault. If the prosecutors believed Zimmerman did something wrong, then put forward a manslaughter charge, where his alleged negligent actions would be given weight in determining whether he was guilty. and his self-defense claims would be given greater scrutiny.
You left out the part where St. Trayvon saved the Girl Scout troop from drowning while simultaneously delivering a litter of breech puppies.

Good post. Let me offer a few more, not necessarily from Twitter:
- Trayvon Martin had the complexion of a Swedish model
- The pictures of George Zimmerman at the scene with a bloody, swollen nose are obvious Photoshop jobs
- A lawyer doesn’t need to know a witness’s address or even her name when he takes her deposition to use as the basis for an arrest warrant
- If a conflict arises as to whether an original audiotape or a transcript of that audiotape shall be used as evidence, preference shall be given to the transcript
- Rachel’s testimony was so bad, she was probably hired by Zimmerman
- A prosecutor can ask as many leading questions as he wants to, for any reason, with any witness
- Iced tea and fruit juice are pretty much the same thing

No WAY good ol’ “Dee-dee” is a Full Bright Scholar. She looks like the product of romance between a pig and some sort of simian. Is barely coherent. I’m amazed she hasn’t gifted society with one or more squalling dependents just like herself already. And why is she wearing what looks to be a man’s watch? A trophy of one of her friend’s escapades?
Nonsense! I was playing chess online with Trayvon and Dee-Dee when this happened. Lawyer Crump has asked (oops ... "axed") me to share no more!
I had no idea those puppies were breeches. I thought they were all male!
Yah true enough. I can only say that that’s what she said. Hearsay!
You really think I want to read that garbage??
Oh, yeah! Good memory. :-)
Here are some of his pace book, info.............
I am pretty drop dead certain that it didnt happen the way you try to make it sound either, because you refuse to acknowledge facts that are in evidence, and repeat your same weak lies.
You are a troll.
I don’t know how you are disagreeing with me, unless you are saying that the Rodney King case wasn’t even close. I think it was a close issue as to whether the state met its burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The defense did a good job of raising doubts about the intent of the officers and why they did what they did. Not sure to this day how I come out on that, but I can see how the jury reached its decision. I don’t think it was a racist jury, but certainly a jury more favorable to cops.
As to the feds being able to go after Zimmerman for civil rights violations, I think you are repeating what I said. There is no case. Zimmerman is not clearly innocent, innocent beyond a reasonable doubt of murder and of any intent to deprive anyone of their civil rights.
Well, "the truth will come out trial" means just that. And it does not mean that the press will report the truth. The truth is always in the source documents, and rarely in the press. This is just another example of misinformation business as usual.
If somebody is making a scrapbook for the jurors, the jurors will be amused by how the press reported the daily revelations. Based on their answers at voir dire, I think the jurors are already wise to the press, so the misleading reporting won't come as a surprise. What might surprise them is the extent and depth of the misleading.
I think I misread your post for believing that a federal prosecution of Zimmerman is more likely than not. Even with this racist, politicized administration, they still have to have some evidence that of a civil rights violation beyond the shooter being Hispanic and the dead guy being black. In Rodney King, there was no self-defense claim, the beating was extended, several cops were standing around and watching the beating making it look like party, King claimed to have received racist taunts/comments, and it took the cops over 80 minutes to get to hospital with King claiming he was shown off like a trophy. So there were enough colorable allegation in the King case for charges to be brought (the truth is another issue; don’t remember enough to comment further). As you state, there is absolutely nothing here in the Zimmerman case.
