Full Title: Born This Way? Scientists may have found a biological basis for homosexuality. That could be bad news for gay rights.
Baby, you were born this way. As soon as Lady Gaga sang these words on her smash hit "Born This Way," they became a rallying cry for gay people around the world, an anthem for sexual minorities facing discrimination. The shiny, catchy song carries an empowering (if simple) message: Dont be ashamed about being gay, or bi, or trans, or anythingthats just how you were born. Gaga later named her anti-bullying charity after the same truism, and two filmmakers borrowed it for their documentary exposing homophobia in Africa. A popular "Born This Way" blog encourages users to submit reflections on their innate LGBTQ selves. Need a quick, pithy riposte against anti-gay bigotry? Baby, we were born this way.
But were we? Thats the foundational question behind the gay rights movementand its opponents. If gay people were truly born that way, the old canard of homosexuality as a lifestyle choice (or sexual preference) is immediately disproven. But if gay people werent born that way, if scientists were unable to find any biological basis for sexual orientation, then the Family Research Council crowd could claim vindication in its fight to label homosexuality unnatural, harmful, and against nature.
In recent years, scientists have proposed various speculative biological bases for homosexuality but never settled on an answer. As researchers draw closer to uncovering an explanation, however, a new question has arisen: What if in some cases sexuality is caused by an identifiable chemical process in the womb?SNIP
That is one implication of one of the most widely accepted hypotheses thus far proposed. And if its true, it could turn out to be a blow for the gay rights movement.

Then probably the same thing. People will do what they want to do, and explain it with any old fiction that makes them feel good.
Of course, to determine whether it was gay sex is monumental to prove. You can't ask them if they're involved in gay sex, and any activity observed is open to interpretation as to what they were doing.
But left-wing, liberal scientists had no problem declaring it as gay sex to prove that it occurs in the wild and is considered normal but there is no way to prove it.
My question to you is, how do you know there aren't any gay animals?
Homosexuals are suffering emotional wounds and have chosen to obsessively focus on sex as a defense mechanism.
I have seen probably a dozen young bulls hop up on another young bull. Never have I seen one insert his penis into the other ones anus. I considered this more of young guys dry humping each other for a moment. Never to ejaculation either. This wasn’t a repeated effort. Just a one time jump amongst the hundreds of young bulls out on the ranch.
So if I had to make a bet II would say there is no such thing as gay animals who are living in their normal terrain.
>>It means its a defect and not normal, like theyre trying to shove down our throats.
This is an interesting area where both Christians and thinking Darwinists can come to agreement.
Pedophilia may well have a biological basis to some degree - a disproportionate number of pedophiles have low intelligence, short stature, low set ears - something not right there.
Is that true? I have never heard about that before.
What about their eyes?
if two prospective parents thought their child would be gay, they might abort it...
I’m pretty sure that’s more of a dominance/pecking order thing. Alpha female dogs have been known to mount passive males.
Actually, it will throw an insane monkey with a wrench into their machinery.
Not unlike a baboon. Perhaps, baboons prefer younger mates.
Homosexuality a birth defect and liberalism a mental disorder! Wow! JACKPOT!
That’s kind of what I think but it’s difficult to visualize when there’s forty young bulls in a pen who are being sorted and you only have a moment to see them perform the hop.
That means there is a cure.
It’s a lifestyle choice. Priests choose to be celibate. Gay people could do the same. So could anyone else.
Oversimplification: Up to a certain point in gestation, a male fetus cannot be distinguished from a female one, except chromosomally. After all, a male fetus has both X and Y chromosomes, while a female has two X chromosomes.
All fetuses begin their development as females. This is when the X chromosome that both sexes carry influences the development of the fetus. After some point, the effects of the Y chromosome (hormones, etc.) transform the fetus into a male, while in the absence of the Y chromosome, the fetus continues to develop as a female.
In that sense, all males are genetically mutated females.
No.
The child is either male or female from conception. The fact that we can not tell the difference in the beginning with out a DNA test does not mean that they are all female it just means that we can't tell.
A boy (XY) is not "turned into a male" he always was a male.
Think about an automobile, if you look at the chassis, without a body, you cannot tell if it will eventually become a sedan, a coupe, or a convertable. Only later in the production process can the difference be observed. Even so, the production ticket may designate the end result from the beginning.
