The morning saw two of the States witnesses testify, Jane Sudyka and Jeanee Manaloo, both of whom were residents of Twin Lakes at the time of the incident and who appeared to testify as to their observations that night.

Although direct was straightforward with most of the witnesses, Sudykas credibility was effectively destroyed by West on cross, and Manaloo suffered a similar fate in cross at the hands of OMara.

Anyone familiar with the backstory of Dee-Dee knows there is more than adequate fuel for real fireworks on cross-examination, but West handled her more or less with kid gloves. It is my sense, however, that he is preparing to bore in more aggressively tomorrow when he continues her cross. This seems particularly likely because at the point the Court recessed for the day Jeantel had begun to resist acknowledging prior sworn statements and West was preparing to spool up the audio recordings of those interviews to use in cross.
Despite the frequent difficulties in understand Jeantels responses, however, on one point she was abundantly clearshe was NOT happy to be in court. When she learned just before the Court recessed for the day that West anticipated cross-examining her for another two hours tomorrow, she burst out with an incredulous WHAT!?!?!? Im pretty sure even people standing outside the courtroom heard that exclamation.

Dem nails look like de mouf on de alien dude in Predator.
I waited all day for the judge to tell her to speak up.
Beyond her changing stories and her disrespectful attitude, the one thing that struck me the hardest was her overall demeanor. Whether from alcohol, legal or illegal drugs, or perhaps some medical condition, she definitely appeared to be impaired. As a juror, that would definitely give me pause.
Dem is sum ugly nails.
I couldn’t believe it took so long either. I felt bad for the court stenographer.
It’s such a shame that Royal Marshall is no longer with us. He would have translated this straightaway.

Read all of Michael Mortimer’s comments after his video.
I watched about 30-45 minutes of the Questioning of “the girlfriend”.
I have serious doubts that she was even talking to him that night. She sounds like a person “designated” to be the “witness” by Team Trayvon. She was given a narrative to testify to, but she acts like she doesn’t even like him.
She is there to stick it to “whitey” if she can.
If her IQ breaks 90 would consider that a miracle.
Care to bet that we don’t see Deedee in Tarantino flicks within a year?
"Subornation of perjury". I'll post a few excerpts from this March 2013 post at CTH:
"The practice of ″horse shedding the witness″ (rehearsing testimony) is an example of such perjurious criminal conduct by an attorney."
"Not only did Ben Crump misrepresent his action (ie. lied) in his affidavit, he also painstakingly prepped the witness, rehearsed the parts he wanted to record, gave her instructions on what to say (like when to start in 3 2 1), and intentionally cut out his instructions and interjections."
"...whats factually evident is the ABC recording shows Ben Crumps affidavit to be false in its content and presentation. Benjamin Crump through his attorney Bruce Blackwell is lying and misrepresenting to the court."
This is totally great stuff, I mean far better than anybody could make up. One person I’ve spoken to said that Deedee looked like a gorilla with a mop on her head...
I give it below 70. Seriously.
This little girl is used to holding the position of power simply by being the loudest and most obnoxious. ;)
She’s out of her element.
I wonder if the defense knows that she ONLY ever watches the weather...
And The First 48.
And MTV Jams.
And Fix My Life.
And a show about a pair of songwriters.
And a Gospel show.
And CNN.
And HLN.
The American underclass on full display.
She is 19 and supposedly will be in 12th grade next year...
She has a bright future on us the taxpayer.
Oh yeah me too. After the first fifteen minutes of testimony, I sincerely felt she should have been disqualified as a witness because of her obvious mental impairment, inability to understand simple questions, and inability to communicate basic words. Shame on the judge for allowing this mockery of the justice system.
atleast 2 years behind, emotionally and psychologically disturbed.
