Happy only the blade was hurt!
The new GO LIVE date is August 2nd.
The Steering Committee decided to postpone the Go Live date of Costpoint 7 from July 1st To August 2nd. The decision was mainly based on the following considerations:
The first phase of user testing uncovered critical software defects
Deltek did not have solutions for all these defects that could of being applied fast enough to keep us on track for July 1St implementation
An executive decision was made to postpone the Go Live, apply all Hotfixes provided by Deltek, finalize User Testing, provide User Training and implement a stable product that will give us as little trouble as possible.
DUH!!!!
We are directly working with Deltek Development Team to fix all the defects discovered in the initial user testing phase. As soon as that is achieved, NDC IT personnel will test user login credentials to ensure that user access is correctly setup.
*sigh*
Welcome to the Canteen, madameguinot....what part of the country is “bubbler” from?
Glad you had fun.
Good afternoon, ApplegateRanch...thanks for playing.
Welcome to the Canteen, TBP...thanks for playing.
Just think Ma, without this you’d have nothing to be stressed about. hehe

Well, that sorta makes sense. I've been to enough places around the country through 40+ years of military affiliation, that I've picked up a fair smattering of many different ways to say things. And, I've always called an easy class an easy class, so that data point is missing...
Quite...
LOL! I have a new stress as of 10 minutes ago. They had to update my computer last week to Office 2010 (but I still have Vista) because my email wouldn’t work. My eyes are as old as me and I use Font size 14 for ease of reading and typing. Every morning I come in and it is back to Font size 11. I stopped one of the IT guys walking by....Marketing wants all email to look alike and are going to block any changes. I am NOT very happy right now. All email will be Calibri and 11 point. GRRRRR!!!!
Good afternoon, Lady J...((HUGS))...sounds about right.
Hope you are having a nice summer. Have you safely survived all the storms?
Sounds like ya need to go outside, strip yerself a willow switch, and use it on them numbskulls in Marketing.
Or, for fun, set up a rule that returns all e-mails from Marketing with a reply that says their e-mails are unreadable. Maybe they’ll get the hint....ya think? Nah, probably not. Oh well...
Hi Kathy, I’m doing fine and the summer is nice now, finally. We’ve had a ton of rain here this year.
btw, I was in Alaska back in May, very nice state. I could live there! :)
I like those ideas, but I want to keep my job.
I am waiting for it to actually happen. Then I will see if I can figure out a way around it....daily.
Not everyone sees the same. I can’t believe that someone would dictate what size your type should be.
Thanks!
Bubbler is used in Wisconsin.
Good afternoon, Meg...((HUGS))...hope you are having a nice day, and with a nap, maybe.
Good afternoon Meg and (((HUGS))). After I finished my walk today, I wanted to mow the neighbor’s lawn, but it was too hot and very humid.
I went fishing and caught 14 keeper crappie. I called a lady from our congregation to come and get some, but she has not returned my call.
