A group of whistleblowers, including a number of aviation experts, have come forward in a new documentary to claim that the official explanation for the crash of TWA Flight 800 was wrong and a gas tank explosion did not bring down the flight off the coast of Long Island 17 years ago.
However, the six whistleblowers, all part of the original investigation team, stopped short of saying the plane was shot down.
Flight 800, a Boeing 747, had just taken off from JFK airport with 230 people aboard on July 17, 1996 enroute to Paris when it exploded and crashed off the coast of nearby East Moriches, Long Island, killing everyone on the plane.
“..This team of investigators who actually handled the wreckage and victims’ bodies, prove that the officially proposed fuel-air explosion did not cause the crash,” reads a statement by the producers of the film, which will debut on cable network EPIX next month. “They also provide radar and forensic evidence proving that one or more ordinance explosions outside the aircraft caused the crash.” However, the statement said they did not speculate about the source or sources of any ordinance explosions.

There was someone out in the Hamptons who was taking pictures and happened to get a photo of the plane and a streak of light heading toward it. The FBI took the camera and that was the end of it.
As I recall, IIRC, we had freepers explain what had to have happened, and what they posted more closely matches missle downing than anything the lying government spewed forth through the propaganda media. I’m waiting for the truth to finally come out regarding Oklahoma City. Little barry boy may yet show Clinton to be more of a devil than barry is feckless.

Of course, with all of the "respected FBI professionals" testifying and claiming everywhere that though tragic, this was an "accident," no bomb, missile, or incendiary device and anyone claiming it was was delusional, then proceed to see to it that the Sanders were hounded, bankrupted by defending themselves against their own government.
Knowing what we now know, they probably have followed and recorded them for years, just to keep them quiet.
Remember reading about the Roman Empire when we were back in school. It seemed so strange that they let their empire simply fall apart.
Let's not get ahead of ourselves. It's a long way til 2016.

Me neither. I still remember the night TWA-800 went down and watching at least 8 interviews on CNN where witnesses said they saw a flash of light go from the ocean surface UP TO the plane, upon which it exploded.
No way TWA-800 was anything other than shot down, the only question is by who, and was it deliberate.
In the days after TW800 went down, I was sitting in the "green room" of a Fox studio one morning awaiting production (I was writing a show for Fox Sports at the time).
Fox News was showing footage of the retrieval of the wreckage. There was a barge and a crain.
At one point, the crain pulled up a fuselage section that was about 25-30 ft long and 10-12 ft deep. As it emerged from the water, the initial view was from the inside out.
Below the windows was a hole -- almost perfectly round, but slightly oval, as if something round -- about the size of a telephone pole had entered the hull. The metal on the edges was bent inward.
As the wreckage further emerged, it pivoted 180 degrees so that I was then looking at the exterior of the fuselage. The windows were toward the top, the two red stripes were beneath them. And the hole on this side -- again slightly oval -- was perfectly smooth around the edges, just below the bottom red stripe. Based on this one visual, I have never believed the official story about a "fuel-air" explosion. Was it a missile? I don't know. As I understand it, most A/A missiles explode outside the airplane.
But something round penetrated that hull.
I remember the posts. We knew it was a crock within a day or two.
What about that plane that went down off of LI right after 9/11 and was called an accident?

2. Do we have any warhead fragmentation pattern consistent with the explosion of the warhead from a MANPAD portable surface-to-air missile?
I know a guy who knows a guy who was an FAA crash investigator on this event. He obviously was in legal jeopardy for speaking at all but ‘intimated’ that it wasn’t a fuel tank explosion.
So hundreds of crewmen who were part of the exercise never talked? Never told their wives, husbands, family members, friends, anyone? No one made an anonymous call? Ridiculous.
Funny how that never happened.
