I deeply appreciate that day in and day out Mark Levin takes on the Republican establishment. I'm encouraged that he has called out Paul Ryan and others for their disingenuous support of this 1000+ page immigration bill.
It is far past time he call out Marco Rubio, who it he face of this bill. I think if he is going to be sincere on this issue, he needs to highlight the main reason this bill has a chance of becoming law, and that reason is Marco Rubio.
You don’t think Limbaugh goes after the establishment? Have you listened int the past three years?
The only thing he does that could be called out is watch his tongue when it is about a likely Presidetial nominee. He but his tongue all year in 2012 about Romney, but it was clear he had major problems. Same with Rubio now. He’s making it clear this bill is bullsh... but is careful to to goon the record with quotes about Rubio that can be used by opposition. It is obvious he is disgusted with this bill and the lies being told to push it.
You don’t understand Washington.
Being part of the “Club” is more important than anything else. They don’t give a damn for the American people. They just want to be liked by fellow Club members.
Marco Rineo is the snitch... a shill.. a poseur..
You know...... a phoney..
I saw her on TV lay out a possible scenario for amnesty to Obama’s desk,
it ends with a conference bill compromise being passed in the House by Democrats where Bohner turns over the leadership and control to Pelosi like he did with the VAWA passage.
He needs to get a clue. Nobody bamboozled Rubio. He supported amnesty all along. WAKE UP AMERICA! Isn’t that what you’re fond of saying, MarkO?
Levinm Rush and Hannity have a LOT of blame as they could have done much to hamstring this crap. Instead they kept praising Rubio and the bill kept advancing one step at a time. That’s the simple fact.
They hold MUCH blame in this. I don’t care what good they have done. It does not excuse this. And if they would like to discuss it on air, I’ll be glad to oblige.
I agree with this. I believe Rubio would have crashed and burned on this issue a long time ago if he hadn't been coddled and propped up by these three and given free air time to push this crap every time he asked for it. At least Rush didn't put him on the air the last time he called up just before the program to "explain himself" once again.
I think you’re lying here. I happen to listen regularly to Rush and Levin (clearly, you do not), and they are both absolutely and completely against this immigration bill. They have both said repeatedly that it would mean the end of America as we know it. They couldn’t be more firm about it - - not waffling whatsoever.
I don’t listen to Hannity, so I don’t know where he stands.
Then the onous is on you to prove that Rush, Levin and Hannity did not promote Rubio and give him the cover needed to advance his abortion of America via their “He’s a solid conservative/he’s my friend” comments, their free air time and the rest.
Of course FR is filled with articles showing them doing exactly that.
So am I lying or are you helping to provide cover fire?
You’re lying.
Prove it.
Suddenly silent? Come on, Prove what all of freeperdom saw did not really happen.
If this amnesty bill passed the House, and with all the other outrages and scandals going on, it'll probably happen.
Amnesty will tip this country right over the breaking point.
Come on Lancy, it’s been 15 min. If you are gonna call me a liar, back it the hell up.
Rush and Levin are THE two strongest voices real conservatives have. Sure, I see trolls and simpletons come along here all the time trying to trash them. They usually do it with mindless vanity threads like this one. It makes me deeply suspicious. If you’re not a troll, then do your own research - - by, like, actually listening to their programs.
I’m a nice guy so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt for now and presume you’re just an overzealous youngster. Here’s a quote from today’s Levin show: “This bill is a poison pill for America; it will kill the Republican Party and make it impossible to return to a constitutional republic.”
Get back to me after you actually listen to Rush and Levin with your own ears.
Not before, please.
The three to varying degrees were overly enthusiastic about Rubio early on, especially as an alternative to the backstabbing ahole he ran against. Rubio was the Great Conservative Hispanic Hope!
I believe the three are in “shock” about Rubio’s redefined immigration vector, and are having a difficult time reconciling the facts with their emotional commitment.
I don’t know if Rubio ever anticipated his current political views, and he may have indeed changed, but the facts are indisputable, and the three radio jocks need to step up to the plate now and denounce Rubio’s duplicitous rhetoric. It’s damaging their credibility otherwise.
So let the record show you called me a liar, had to back off it because you have ZERO PROOF OD IT and then go Alynski and infer I am trolling.
FACT: Rush, Levin and Hannity gave cover to Rubio.
PS, I have listened to Rush, Levin and Hannity. I have defended each and every one of them more than once.
That does not change the ...
FACT: Rush, Levin and Hannity gave cover to Rubio.
However, I think his loyal friendship causes some problems in that at some point, when that snake he befriended started biting, he needed to do more than just dress the wound.
He verbally beat Paul Ryan like a rented mule. And really trashed Greg Gutfeld for daring to say that his friend Eric Bolling on The Five was being hypocritical about the NSA spying.
But Rubio is a sacred cow. He has even said that people want him to trash Rubio but he won't do it. I think the frustration is the very same as when people were pleading with McCain to go after Obama and he wouldn't. For crying out loud just admit that Rubio is a liar. That would be enough for me. "Like, gosh he says he didn't take my car, but I saw him in it, have a traffic light camera ticket with him driving it, security footage of him getting out and back in...but I just can't admit that he lied to me."
It's very disheartening when those that have a voice won't say what needs to be said (specific to Rubio, I acknowledge the tremendous things he says and the work he does every day). Rubio is a Trojan Horse in the conservative movement and Mark can't bring himself to admit that he got hustled.
>> Amnesty will tip this country right over the breaking point.
It is an extremely disheartening proposition, but not one that will stop me from fighting for Liberty. It simply raises the stakes; albeit, pretty damn high!
Like I said, they have ALL done great things. But there is no excuse, no matter who or what, friend or not, to put anything over the country that has given them the opportunities they have. They of all people.
NONE.
