House Speaker John Boehner today called NSA leaker Edward Snowden a traitor who put Americans at risk by releasing classified information to the media. Hes a traitor, the highest ranking Republican in the House of Representatives said in an extensive interview with ABC News George Stephanopoulos. The disclosure of this information puts Americans ... continued here

The traitors WERE the Republicans that put this
enormous, crying, waste of a position in power
to help Obama and the coup d’etat.
nnot to mention Marko Rubio
Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are traitors for allowing four men to die in Benghazi. John Roberts is a traitor for allowing an obviously-unconstitutional and poorly written law in Obamacare pass judicial muster. Bradley Manning is a traitor for implicating named people and departments in a leak of classified data.
Edward Snowden confirmed to the world that America is spying on everyone and everything, something most of us understood. He didn’t name names and no one’s died as a result of his release of information. In my opinion, Snowden is a hero.
John Boehner is a weak-willed, knee-clattering alcoholic pansy which, while not the most auspicious of character traits, seems to be a requirement for any man or woman with an (R) next to their name on Capitol Hill.
I’ll let the “traitor” into my house.
Bonehead would get chased down the street.
He is slime.
Not as slimy as the Obamadork, but a very close cousin.
Have a drink, bonehead. Have another...and another.
Keep going until you assume room temp, you dork.
This may be the most politically STUPID thing this guy has ever done. I would not be surprised to see a BIG challenge to this guy in his Congressional district to take him down in the next election. I would rather see a Democrat take over his district so he’s not around anymore as a “Leader” to cause our side so much damage.
FUJB. I am sick to death of JB.
Republicans keep saying this but how does telling us that the government (Obama) is spying on us make us less safer?
is there something else that Snowden told the media that I missed?
Probably did not put anyone at risk. Manning did. So did McCain, Jane Fonda, John Kerry and God knows how many more rats.
And Boehner did, by letting Omurderer have free rein.
Think anyone will admit this is what their ‘lesser evil’ BS gets them?
Nah. Too much to hope for.
“Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants. It is the creed of slaves.” William Pitt
LOL! Considering what this government has done and gotten away with in the past year alone I would call a hell of a lot more treasonous that what this Snowden did. Let’s start with an admitted foreign born communist Kenyan being unconstitutionally elected twice and the ‘rats and RINOs helping him every step of the way if you want to talk about treason Mr. Bay-nerd.
This problem of corruption in DC will only stop when the American people go 1776 on their asses. Not a moment sooner. Elections don’t work any more when only a few large cities can use massive vote fraud to foist corrupt, parasitic Marxist leadership on the rest of us.
Pot....Kettle....Black
I think Boehner is a traitor also. He sold out the nation to fill his own pockets and personal desires for wealth and power and control. He is a thug politician in the same order as any liberal dimocrat.
Come on. The Administration has dirt on Boehner of the worst kind. I’ll bet they have emails and voice mail of him bragging about hookers and more. All they have to do is leave a few clues around and all this pols will do exactly what they want. 90% of the Republican pols have been compromised and I’m not sure about the other 10%.
You have to build an alternative. There is no alternative.
This has got to stop. And I have to have somewhere to flee to.
Say what you want about Boner but he is right; Snowden is a traitor.
The government is no different from you and me swearing an oath to protect this country against all enemies foreign AND DOMESTIC.
Think about it especially since we have such a porous border - how do you uncover domestic enemies?
By exposing NSA’s listening techniques, Snowden should rot in Hell.
While there is a lot about the background of this person and some of it I find very incredible, based on the supposed (from what I’ve seen online) release of information (a 40 something Powerpoint re: Prism) I don’t see this as traitorous, especially in light of a freedom-grabbing President in control of the entire government apparatus. Boehner is completely wrong.
