Rebels seized a U.N.-operated border crossing on the demilitarized zone linking Israel and Syria on Thursday, activists said, following heavy clashes between the opposition and President Bashar al-Assads forces.
It is the only crossing between the two countries and it was the first time Syrian rebels had managed to take the place. However, it was unclear if they could hold it for long, with fighting still raging in the area.
Israel is worried that the Golan, which it captured from Syria in 1967, will become a springboard for attacks on Israelis by jihadi fighters, who are taking part in the armed struggle against Assad.

Time to evacuate the Useless Nogoodniks and teach the jihadists what Ferret-Face learned the hard way.

Things are moving rapidly there, Assad's forces recaptured the border from the ‘rebels”....keeping an eye on it, I am in Israel right now...

So the rebels are preparing to fight Assad and Israel at the same time. I guess that means Hussein Obama is really going to support them now. That’s killing two birds with one stone for the Muslim Brotherhood.

The rebels must first consolidate their power and finish off Assad before they can attack Israel. Assad is an obstacle for them. My guess is that we are looking at Hizbollah commanders (from Lebanon) dressed as “rebels” who are leading the fight on the Israeli border. Israel is ready to deliver a massive blow all along the border of to comes to that. This will aid both the rebels and Assad. It is a win-kill-win scenario for the Arabs who just keep slaughtering each other in the name of Allah...
