If you didn’t vote for Romney you voted for Obama, whether you pulled the lever or not.

People seem so enamored by poverty at the moment and they praise it, but only the right kind of poverty.

Maybe that’s why I saw through him.

My experience verifies my common sense. The best and most benevolent people I know are wealthy and some, very wealthy. and the most envious destructive people have been poor.

There’s a lot of in between in there, but, I just don’t think poverty is a virtue and people misread the verse.

It’s the love of money that’s bad, not having it.

Poor people can love money just as well.

We need more RINOs like we need more Demoncrats. Both are death to this country. All they do is perpetuate the Washington scam. The only difference is one does it more quickly than the other so the rot and death are at different rates.

Both are poison pills to a Consitutional Republic. We need to destroy both so we can restore what we once had.

>> Rubio fooled a LOT of people- noone knew how he really stood on issues- only recentyl are we becomign aware of how RHINO he really is- <<

Rubio fooled a lot of people because they let themselves be fooled. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Conservatives in FL had ALREADY gotten badly burned six years earlier when they bought the idea that Mel Martinez was a "true conservative". You'd think AFTER the Mel Martinez fiasco they'd be a little more cautious about immediately "getting behind" whatever new "rising star" in Florida announces a Senate campaign and screams the loudest that he or she is tea party material. Nope. The INSTANT Rubio entered the race, oodles of "tea party" conservatives swooned over him and beat down the door to endorse his candidacy.

P.S. RINO stands for Republican In Name Only. What is a "RHINO"?

[[People seem so enamored by poverty at the moment and they praise it, but only the right kind of poverty.]]

I think that’s right- and that might have been hwat set off a ‘distrust alert’ alarm in me looking back, it is now apparent he was simply tapping into the people’s warped sense of ‘unfairness’ and their sympathy for ‘the little guy that made it agaisnt all odds’ scenario-

I don’t get that sense from Ted Cruz at all yet- He seems quite genuine so far- and willing to risk his career to stand up for what’s right-

I think antioher thing that really bothered me abotu Rubio was the fact that he was NOT standign up for the right issues of the time- He was silent o nthe issues- and to be honest, I thoguht Rand Paul had more guts than rubio back then- although I still wouldn’t trust paul- I do admire hte fact that he has bucked the established status quo in congress at the risk of his own job- I never got that sense abotu Rubio- I guess I was hopeful Rubio was ifnact the next big GOP- but I was sadly mistaken in my hope

Been asking for months what it is people like about him, never got an answer.

He wasn't Charlie Crist or Kendrick Meek.

From above article....(mediawhore logic): The 'Tea Party' is back and is brewing trouble for the Republican establishment".

FACT (just the opposite): "The Tea Party" is back and the Republican Party establishment is mightily trying to brew trouble for the Tea Party patriots".

Bring it on, GOP effete elites.....we're armed with facts, firmness and fire in the belly!

When the 2014 campaign gets into gear let the Establishment elites take note....and tremble! Because we're on the offensive, we'll isolate you.....and there'll be NO backing down till we conservatives are successful in holding the House and taking the Senate....while concurrently cutting off Obama's legs from under him for the length of his final two years in office.

No.

People were in love with Rubio. They were infatuated with him. It was something like Rolling Stone Mag interviews the King of the WH BO. You know that’s what I’m taking about.

I agree and I also don’t see how Charlie Crist would have been better than Marco Rubio.

AND I AM IN WITH BOTH BOOTS ON THE GROUND!

We WILL take the Senate in 2014 and keep control of the House! It can be done!

He’s spot on and we need to crush the squishies. I love that designation. McCain’s no maverick, he’s squishy.

In retrospect, it appears the election was stolen and from more candidates than just Romney.

Really? Trouble in the Senate for Republicans? After Tea Party activism brought that historic shift in the House in 2010?

The movement is reawakened, it seems to me. In 2014 there is the potential for big Republican gains again, and hopefully enough. The only "trouble" for Republicans will be if the old guard doesn't get out of the way.

I sure pray you are right... I am not very optimistic. Tyranny has taken root and we know what it takes to overcome it.
