Secretary of State John Kerry welcomed the opening of Arms Trade Treaty for signature today.
The Obama administration plans on signing the treaty “as soon as the process of conforming the official translations is completed satisfactorily.”
The United Nations passed sweeping legislation in April that will regulate the international arms trade and could lead to a national gun registry in the United States.
No wonder Democrats love it!
There’s more… In March the pro-Second Amendment Senate Bill 139 passed 53-46. 46 Democratic Senators voted against the bill which would: “Uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.”

Ah, but that guy beat the state department at their own game. He published the plans and announced it far and wide. The State Department asked him to take it down. He did. But by then the plans had been downloaded at least 100,000 times. Those plans will forever be on the Internet. Clever.

Think about everything that gets done through the “commerce clause” to undermine state’s rights. There is probably a sleeper treaty that has bee ratified, that they will use to do anything they want to undermine the United States internationally.

It’s impossible o find one because they don’t exist. Lieberman was the last decent one I can think of and he went Independent.

Unfortunatly cities, states, and the Congress/President enact laws that overrides the 2nd Amendment all the time.
The left hates the Constitution and see the 2nd Amendment as the most vulnerable part if it because they can get an emotional reaction against it by demonizing it.
The left will never give up on overturning the 2nd its the cornerstone for their agenda against individual liberty, and the limitations on government.

Nothing the UN says or does overrides the Constitution.
