Conservatives and Republicans would be unwise to pursue President Obama's impeachment as my colleague Bruce Walker today argues. The odds are the effort would backfire, and there is a much more important goal that should be at the center of our political strategy: sweeping Democrats out of office in 2014 and 2016 in numbers sufficient to enact structural reforms, including replacement of the tax system and junking the IRS and outlawing public employee unions.

Impeachment is a non-starter. You could not get a single Democrat to vote to impeach Clinton, even with prima facie evidence of sworn perjury. Will NEVER EVER happen with a Dem Senate majority and a Black POTUS.
No way he is getting impeached before the Dems are cleared out of the Senate, even trying would be a fool’s errand. Even if such a sweep were accomplished, I would consider it an iffy proposition. Of course that is based on evidence presently in the public sphere. If revelations get worse, and get enough airing then anything goes.
Focus on keeping the House and regaining the Senate and stopping amnesty.
Start at the street level and get convictions starting at the lowest level possible. Make the rank and file marxists afraid to obey illegal orders.
I blame Obama for the deaths of the 23 children in the school. He should have sent them to the safety of the storm cellar
I think democrats are hoping for a move to impeach more than are the republicans.
Sensible people know that Impeachment would go nowhere in the Senate.
But it would rally supporters of Obama and democrats just in time to save them in the 2014 elections.
Republicans need to concentrate on keeping Obama on the defensive - exposing the criminality in the administration and seeing Obama’s henchmen and she-men convicted and sent to prison.
A totally emasculated, ineffective, wimped out, meaningless 0bambi for 3 years works for me.
Even with his likely TREASON, it is fine to leave a Treasonous pResident in office. Otherwise, you just animate his base. Rather, let’s dispirit them for 2 election cycles.

First Amendment: For awhile, it looked like the White House wanted just to control “the narrative.” But its seizure of AP phone records and surveillance of Fox employees now show its real aim: to control the news.
The Obama political team at the White House has always prided itself on its media savvy. After all, they got a candidate with an otherwise unsalable socialist past elected on a campaign that sold his personality, not his platform.
They won saintly press coverage, with much blather, mostly from the Washington Post about how Obama was all about “storytelling” and selling a “narrative.”
They also mastered the hard propaganda, creating a Pepsi-Cola-like happy horizons logo to substitute for a platform and market their candidate and even employed pop artist Shepard Fairey to drive the hipsterly message home through his famous portrait.

I understand your position, but I would think a trifecta would be better. Change the tax structure (goodbye IRS), do as Wisconsin did (restructure/reduce public unions), and impeach the criminal in chief (take out Hitlery as a twofer).
Yeah, right. It is to laugh.
Maybe we should not talk impeachment until we have evidence, but to say no to impeachment if the facts play out is crazy. I heard Rush say this yesterday & turned him off. Yes we want to win the house and senate, but this is the same old story of elitist get away with crimes and we the people (mere slaves of the elitist) would do time for any infraction. That is why our nation is in this trouble. Evil is NOT punished! Time to start holding people accountable. I also wonder if republicans don’t want them to talk impeachment because their hands are dirty too. Get rid of ALL the criminals and our nation will be better for it.
Does The Tax Exempt Obama Foundation Actually Have A Real Address?
While it is conceivable that a smaller organization might use a UPS address, what is more questionable is giving an address where they have never been, apparently.

Truth of the matter is that you are never going to see a POTUS impeached. Our Founding Fathers wrote that clause under the assumption that we’d elect men of character willing to put principle above party. Sadly they were 100% wrong about that.
There is a culture throughout the Obama administration that reflects the idea that words like Patriot, Constitution, and God are a bad thing. That culture also depicts people who use such “code words” as enemies of the administration who need to be opposed, thwarted or eliminated at every opportunity. This culture is what the military calls Climate of Command and flows from the top downward. When too many subordinates go astray higher commands say “We have lost confidence in his ability to lead” ,and that commander is relieved. Well “We the People” (another IRS code word by the way) have lost confidence in Obama’s ability to lead. The only way we have to relieve him of command is to elect a Conservative House and Senate. In the meantime we need to keep the pressure on the few Conservatives we have in DC to stay the course and keep Boehner and McConnell on the righteous path.
Anyone who thinks a Reid/schumer/Durban Senate would ever convict Obama of anything is dreaming. 2014 is our last best hope.
