Going on the offensive about President Obama’s mysterious whereabouts during the Benghazi terrorist attacks of September 11, 2012 that resulted in the deaths of four Americans including Ambassador Chris Stevens, White House senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer said it was “offensive” for anyone to question whether the White House could have done more. The assertion “from Republicans” that Obama was not responsive enough during the attack, said Pfeiffer, is “offensive.”
“The premise of [the question on Obama’s whereabouts],” Pfeiffer explained, “is that somehow there was something that could have been done differently and would have changed the outcome here. The accountability review board has looked at this, people have looked at it.”

Normally yes. If we had competent people on our side these fake offense moves could be effectively exposed and make them look far worse than if they just fessed up. They are now digging themselves deeper into a hole. They could get away with it given our sides incompetence.

And here's the new IRSghazi bingo card for next week. Pfeiffer parroted a few talking points today at least a half dozen times per show -- "30-day top-down review", "find those responsible, accountable", and the leftist chorus is talking at every opportunity about changing 501c (to eliminate Karl Rove's site, of course), so I've put them in.
They weigh the consequences in negative public reaction against their desired results. “Yeah, we broke the law but we won the election.”

stand down orders are the Elephant in the Corner.

That just proves it. Obama was off having a tryst with his “body man” during the Benghazi attack,
and it’s “offensive” to imply that homosexual behavior is wrong.
