Under President Obama, justice is anything but blind. Neither is it deaf. In fact, based on recent revelations, it appears to be watching your every move and listening to your every word. Still, if you happen to be a federal employee, now its even listening for your silence.
The only thing this Obama White House seems to generate is scandal. Well, heres yet another to add to the growing list. In addition to the Benghazi cover-up, IRS targeting of political dissenters and the illegal seizure of media phone records, whistleblowers within DOJ have contacted Liberty Counsel to express grave concerns over this administrations latest attack on freedom. Our sources have provided Liberty Counsel an internal DOJ document titled: LGBT Inclusion at Work: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers. It was emailed to DOJ managers in advance of the lefts so-called Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Pride Month.
The document is chilling. Its riddled with directives that grossly violate prima facie employees First Amendment liberties.
Following are excerpts from the DOJ Pride decree. When it comes to LGBT pride, employees are ordered:
DONT judge or remain silent. Silence will be interpreted as disapproval. (Italics mine)
Thats a threat.

You ever see that show “National geographics: Inside North Korea”??...It’s a TV documentary from about 6 years ago when Kim Jung mentally Ill was in power...I like to show it to my liberal co-workers whenever they spout on about big government. It’s a lovely show, showing how people spend every second of every waking minute absolutely enslaved by the government in every way shape and form, told how to eat, breathe, behave, dress, walk, talk, how they spend and waste their entire lives on their knees to one person..It does wonders for changing a liberals mind. It’s amazing how many libs are naive about this kind of stuff. Here it is on IMDB........

I read all of the replies in this thread and I don't think any of you "get it". In the big scheme of things, what difference does it make whether or not the federal government is grooming careers based on what some diversity pamphlet says?
When did it become ILLEGAL to disapprove of homosexuality?????????

Face it, if more Americans are willing to fight for the perversion that these mental midgets are pushing, then American will die.
The thing is, unless we are moved enough for our sacred honor to become an issue, then we will not stand a chance. The dignity of the people that founded this nation is insulted by what is going on today. If its not worth fighting for, then what they gave us becomes a worthless exercise in humility. Our founding fathers put their lives on the line, the question is, are we willing to do the same thing to protect what they died for?

In DOJ's quest for 100% voter turnout, any votes not cast will be interpreted as support for the Democrat.

Nah. Can’t be! Progressives love mankind and do everything they can to promote love and good relations between humans.

DON'T
BE SILENT!
Tell these REPROBATES in this VILE administration the truth!
This is what we get when we FAIL to OBEY God.
For
it is written:
For whosoever shall commit ANY of these abominations, even the SOULS that commit themSHALL BE CUT OFF from among their people.
Those who support homosexuals are
against our Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ.
These anti Christ people only bring destruction on us ALL.
I have
NO sympathy for homosexuals!
Homosexuality is a
"Mark" of disobedience.
Someone once asked"Why are they [homosexuals] all so angry?"
The answer is in the definition of "
REPROBATE".
rep·ro·bate \ˈre-prə-ˌbāt\ a. [L. reprobatus, reprobo, to disallow; re and probo, to prove.]
- 1. Not enduring proof or trial; not of standard purity or fineness; disallowed; rejected.
-
Reprobate silver shall men call them, because the Lord hath rejected them. Jer. 6.
- 2. Abandoned in sin; lost to virtue or grace.
-
They profess that they know God, but in works deny him, being abominable and disobedient, and to every good work reprobate. Titus 1.
- 3. Abandoned to error, or in apostasy. 2Tim. 3.
And the reason
"why" is
given in the Bible.
God has
a cure for homosexuals.
But will we OBEY our Heavenly Father?
"Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect
that God is just,
that his justice cannot sleep forever."

I went to the link in the story to the actual DOJ handout. Yeah, Ill get flamed for suggesting this is not as inflammatory as some of us think, but I dont think its as inflammatory as some of us might think.I think the context is sufficiently ambiguous that the idea could be read as a threat or a suggestion for how to protect the feelings of the LGBT people. The ambiguity is probably intentional.
I actually follow the advise of one of the "Do" statements: "DO respond to offensive jokes [about LGBT issues]." If the joke is funny, I laugh. Beyond that, I do nothing.
