Happy Mothers Day to all you Mothers! LOL

My Mother and her Mother are tenders of the Rhubarb patch..
I dont know why, but they love that rhubarb patch.
Mom was just giving a big old sack of rhubarb to my brother
the other day.

I said Oh Boy oh boy! you remember when she used to make
that rhubarb hard sauce and would put that on vanilla
ice cream?

He said yeah.
That was awesome the way the simple syrup would glaze the
ice cream.

I said Brother, make her a rhubarb glazed cheese cake.
And so... It is done.

That would be great but I can use a group hug because just over a month ago, I observed the nine-year anniversary of the passing of my mom from congestive heart failure. I really do miss her very much.
