In 2008, Julius Genachowski served as candidate Barack Obamas Chairperson of the Technology. Upon winning the Presidency, Obama thanked the lawyer by appointing him to serve as Chairman of the nations Federal Communications Commission.
In September 2012, Genachowski instructed Commission staff to begin reviewing the Commissions broadcast indecency policies and enforcement, arguing that present day indecency laws may not be in step with First Amendment principles......

Good answer!
Whew! Had me worried for a minute there ... I am convinced that my stepping from the shower is absolutely non-sexual hudity, but the FCC department had to put their stamp of approval on that one! ... Thought I was gonna have to start taking a shower with clothes on!
I may not be the sharpest pencil in the box, but I can be pretty quick when I need to!
To save your family, kids, marriage, ethics & religion, you have to live way out on a farm, grow your food, homeschool your kids, throw away TV, radio and video games, live off the grid & out of the big eye of government and only contact others you know are like minded good people via dead letter drops. Anything less and our corrupt society will turn your brain to mush and make you into a slave to the Devil. Am I overstating the crisis?
They are already easing the foul language on tv. I was watching Dallas last week and they said the s*** word not once but 2 times I remember telling my husband I was shocked. I watched the original Dallas back in the day and they never had bad words. Obama and his ilk are bad for America
Team Caligula.
HMMMM... Was “non-sexual” nudity ever banned by the FCC? Just wondering when or if? For those old enough to remember, several times, PBS broadcasted a movie over the FCC airways in the 1980’s which contained several instances of full frontal nudity. The name of the movie escapes me now but IIRC it was considered a “classic” portrayal of “heaven” or some such trash.
What bothers me even more is that most will censor the F word, but are perfectly OK with someone using the Lord’s name as a curse.
I think they should allow non-sexual sex, as well, especially for kids programs.
I am all for nude reporters at obama press conferences. Oh, that’s right. He doesn’t do those.
If they ever open up the White House tours, can I go naked?
All of which the purpose is for the people to get behind an attack on placing restrictions on said first amendment, with the ultimate goal being a Constitutional Convention to turn the U.S Constitution on its ass. Just whittling away on one root at a time.
What will constitute non-sexual, remember Clinton said the Lewinsky is not sex.
If enacted, the new FCC policy would allow network television and local radio stations to air the f-word, the s-word and to allow programs to show frontal female nudity, even during hours when they know children will be watching and listening......
The muzzies would love that to happen as it gives more credability to their cause.
All the more reason to get rid of the FCC entirely. T
